A very beautiful place in the lap of nature. Very clean campus. Wonderful to walk both in the morning & evening amidst the sounds of chirping birds and peacocks . A lovely temple of Subramanya Swamy nearby at walkable distance The staffs are all extremely friendly, helpful and always smiling... all of them.. the gardener’s, cleaners, kitchen, the front office. Most importantly the people living there were very happy and friendly. Also got to meet the promoter... an extremely courteous gentleman. The food was very spicy 🌶 for me. Would prefer a satvik food. The room was okay but the bathroom was noticeably stained & also the fittings need to be cleaned The sink in the kitchenette is also stained. The water flow from the tap is very less Also we had requested the pillow covers of the pillows to be changed as they were smelling bad, but it was not done. Though they were freshly washed, the foul smell was lingering

Good Experience @ Melur Meadows. Place is filled with full of Greens..... Plants, Trees and peacocks. Good food and ambience.

Stayed with my wife at Melur Meadows for 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The ambience was cool and quiet - except for the chirping of the birds. Food was simple yet tasty and served with lots of smiles and love. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. Made friends with a lot of residents and everyone we met was so nice and pleasant. Morning walks around nearby Kumaran Kundru was a fresh and healthy way to start the day. Overall a blissful experience that we will come back to often in the future.

All around us, we see it every day, but hardly observe it. We hear it, but never listen to its sweet calls. We feel it everywhere, but how many times have we really experienced it..? The sunset and sunrise, the song of birds, their evening gatherings, the breeze that sways trees and the winds that blow your mind away…it’s all nature and beauty divine. In minutes a blanket of darkness overcomes light and how the light wins over darkness. See the birds in tens, hundreds and thousands , flying away home, the clouds each of them, having their own story to tell, the plants growing greener by the day, the flowers smiling, the stars twinkling in complete darkness, the shades of the trees and the lovely gentle breeze.  Nature is everywhere and not just in resorts, parks, forests and mountains, but also in and around “Melur Meadows-the retirement village” located on the foothills of Ooty. If the ambiance is so enthralling, the service is equally commendable. The food is divine, cooked with homegrown vegetables and the menu is matching to the atmosphere. The management must have made a thorough study before building this project and lo, they have ticked almost all the boxes. Kudos to Mr. Srinath and Major Sathya. I have also spoken to many residents and they acknowledge my opinion. The right place for the people who are on the right side of their lives. Home away from the home. Amazing AC Room at cheap price, good home made food all 3 unlimited meals! The staff are friendly and very cooperative. The location awesome and lot of animals like peacocks, parrots, etc... I had a very nice stay even tho I stayed for 2 days only!

This is an exclusive retirement community for senior citizens and NRIs, located near Mettupalayam, in Tamil nadu. The place is in a serene location and maintained well. They use solar energy as alternate source for power and also do some organic forming. The yield is used in their kitchen and surplus is sold thro a retail shop in their complex.

Such a wonderful place for elder people

Very good place for senior citizens. Canteen was very good. Service is also very good. Two of my brothers have settled there since their sons have settled at usa. Calm atmosphere and the nearby murugan temple is a place to be seen. Special mention about the canteen staff enquired about the food and the nearby gentlemen who were taking food along with us. I have not asked their names in a hurry. Any how i have to mention about ms.kasthuri in accounts section and she is helping the local community people a lot.

This is the best place to stay for senior citizens. They are taking much care for all the persons who are all staying there. Especially for aged persons. It is a best experience for me and my wife. Whenever I need some rest I will go and stay there only.
