The stay here was a perfect getaway from our office routine. The house owners were incredibly friendly, we had so much fun doing the activities (Cricket, Volleyball, Basket ball, Shooting, Bonfire..etc) in the site itself that we hardly went outside. The best part was the food, it had that home-made grandma cooking style flavour to it. The place even provided good food for our dog. Cons: - The water heater didn't work.

We were a group of 15 persons stayed recently in the property. The owner is very friendly, he clearly explained the accommodation and facilities available in the property on arrival. This place has an amazing garden and it gives you a different vibe. Entire place is peaceful and serene. This place is best suited for group vacations and events. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. Would definitely recommend others to visit this place. I personally felt the food options are very limited for the price that they charged and the quality can also be improved better.

My stay at Carlton House was one of the most welcoming experiences I have had. The staff is very helpful. The taste of food is as such that you’ll not feel like you are missing out on home cooked food, Very tasty food prepared with loads of love. The vibes of the place is super duper homely. They have a lot of activities in the resort. The best experience was sky gazing/ star gazing🤩🤩🤩🤩 must visit place!!! Early in the morning u can see peahens 🦚 in and around the resort. Had an amazing stay, highly recommend Carlton House for friends and family 💕💕💕

A bungalow for family and fun, that is Carlton House. We were a big family reuniting from different places and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Be it kids, adults or elders, they all had own favourites. Nature, food and games all these were the highlights of the stay. We spent most of the time inside the property with the wonderful hosts and employees. One thing which you can improve would be your kitchen timings; because for early risers they need to wait for bed coffee. But there are lot of tea shops nearby and we enjoyed the morning walks too. Thank you once again for helping us create wonderful family memories.

Very nice place to stay. Host is very kind and welcome. They are very nice to everyone and the hospitality is awesome. Their breakfast is one of the best we had which is very homely and great. But our stay in one of the Tree house was not a great experience for us. It is windy when we stayed and we could hardly sleep sure to cracking noise. The property is well maintained great to take pictures every inch of this place itself.

Excellent stay with “Home at hill feel”. Lot of places to explore and highly entertaining infrastructure. Took us to a vintage style with retro feel without any compensation in comfort. Simply a splendid property with heart filled joyful experience.

The nature was amazing, the food was great. Special mention for the honey glaze potato. Anju ma'am was very sweet with us. They have loads amazing games. You can have a really unconventional holiday here. The view we saw during the rain absolutely phenomenal. We stayed at the tree house and the staff were extremely polite. The sunset from our suite was mesmerizing.

Please do not come to this place if you are planning to visit with family. There was no privacy and anytime ppl would barge in. Blankets provided were smelly. We were served stale food made from previous day rice. Food was overpriced and there was no service after 6pm. We were at the mercy of just one caretaker Ganesh who helped us with barbecue. Aunty was not at all hospitable. Overall very bad experience and do not recommend to anyone. You will definitely get a beter hotel at the same price.

We traveled here as a couple for my birthday. We took the 5 course romantic dinner. It was a great surprise. The property is beautiful. Spending time here was such a pleasure. Tipsy is the show stopper here. We dont really wanna go back after 3 days but we’ll definitely come back again and recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing time.

It's a nice place for a group of friends. Stayed for almost 3 days. Never wanna visit my home now, Nature lovers must visit. They have lot of space for all the games and outdoor activities. Entire place is surrounded with plants, flowers. Food is excellent. The staffs were very friendly and more helpful. Overall we had the best experience. The also have a separate place for family and couples. Must visit if you plan Yercaud trip.

This place is out of the world. Must visit. Great hospitality and warm kind people. That's the best part. Although the price is a bit more it's totally worth your stay and experience. They take of each and every need of yours. They ensure if you're ill too, that they take care with meds and good clean home cooked food. I will come back here and recommend it to my friends. Also, the nature and birds are lovley and not to forget tipsy is super cool

Great experience & perhaps the best-said example of what a Home Stay is all about. We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a business tripping. Very neatly maintained property & most courteous people I have come across in the near past. We stayed in the honeymoon suite that has a swing bed and private pool. The chirping sound of birds was a welcome way to greet mornings during vacations. Awesome food!!! Will have to mention that Ashish bro, his father, and his mother are exceptional in great hospitality. Three cheers to the entire team!

I stayed here for a good 7 days. It was a solo trip. Never have i been taken care of so well by a family. They looked into every need of mine. Took care of all my meals and i didn't have to leave the campus much except for some sight seeing. You’ll find peacocks here in the early morning. All the staff were sweet. I didn't really feel like going home. All the best Carlton. If you’re looking for a great stay, being a solo girl. This was the safest.

One of they best home stays I have lived in. Great home and the garden space is breathtaking. Hosts are as good as the place, very polite and helpful. Thanks for this memorable trip :). We would love to visit again some time

Absolutely beautiful place, breathtaking views and fresh air is just food for the soul over at carlton house. Really humble and helpful staff, they will take care of everything you need . Bonus: there are peacocks all over the property. Must visit if you want to detox from chaos of the Urban.

This is a Brilliant space to stay. The family that runs it treats you like family. We literally had all our meals with them. Be sure to check out the tree house, space cabin. We stayed there for 2 days and didn’t know how time flew by. Let your worries take a holiday as you can find the best of peace of mind here. I personally loved the attention to detail here. Every small need of ours was looked into. The suite we stayed in was super uber and we would highly recommend staying here. Be sure to call them and you will be in for a treat.

We went as a group of 10 and were provided two rooms with bunk beds and double beds to accomodate 6 pax per room. What we were promised was 4 double rooms. The food was below average but exorbitantly charged. We even got for breakfast a pongal made of left over rice from the previous lunch. We were told that the breakfast is complementary but they charged 250/person for poori sagu, the above mentioned pongal, chutney, sambar. Charged 40 rs for omlette and 30 for small half cups of tea. The service was very very poor. There was just one staff after 6 pm and we were roaming around the property to see whether we can get some hot water in the bathroom (geyser was switched off from outside) or morning tea for about 30 minutes. The blankets were of very very poor quality and the bed sheets were not fresh. There was no privacy as we could see people walking into our space all the time. Our driver was promised a room and food at extra charges but they did not provide him even a blanket and he had to sleep in the vehicle in the cold weather as he was rudely turned away by the property owner. Also in the morning after she informed us to call the driver for breakfast, he came in again to be shooed away rudely by the same owner. This is not a place which I will recommend to anyone especially families. You will get better accomodation and food at the same price in any of the hotels. While the garden looks nice, the property is poorly managed with some shabby furniture. If I had an option of giving zero rating I would have given that to service.

Don't get fooled by seeing the scenic pictures on internet because that's something naturally exits in the hill stations like this. They are liars and most inhospitable people there. No good food, no comfortable rooms, beds etc. They just fool people over their property pictures and talking sweetly over the call, later on they deny every promise. Also beware if you ask for extra tea or coffee or something as its pay them and do it yourself basis. Fraud people making fool out of tourists, don't get trapped.

The hosts were great. This space was amazing. Will definitely be coming back soon. With my other set of friends. Carlton House takes a brilliant effort in looking into every aspect of our comfort. They also took care of me when I hurt myself and aided with medical support.

Amazing experience!! Ashish's parents were very hospitable and really took care of us. Given that we have a 7month old baby we were provided access to the kitchen. The food was extraordinary, the rooms especially the Tree top cottage was really special. The property is huge and is surrounded by greenary which is a bliss to the eye. There's a stream nearby which is probably the cherry on the cake, so peaceful and calming. Overall i would recommend this to anyone who wants to spend time away from the hustle and bustle of the City.

Carlton House is one of the best places to stay in Yercaud (Have stayed at many places before). The place is completely green with a huge garden and lawn areas and has amazing view of the hills. They serve very tasty food custom made based on guests preferences. Even their coffee and tea were outstanding! You can easily spend 2 - 3 days inside the premises and have fun playing basket ball, cricket, badminton, volleyball. We had fun during the bonfire and music evening. Grilling barbecue was a unique experience too. Tipsy is their cute dog which my kids loved playing with. Place is also very close (5 - 7 mins drive) to all local sight seeing spots like Lake, Park, Lady seat, Peeku park, Pagoda point etc Ashish is a great host too and took complete care of my family and their preferences. His communication is spot on and was available all the time (even 2-3 weeks before our actual dates of stay).

Awesome stay! The views, game facilities, BBQ setup, campfire arrangement were all perfect. The hosts were so kind and arranged us with super delicious home cooked food although we missed the timings. Would definitely recommend :)

Stayed here with friends and family for New year’s. The stay was just perfect and we had a wonderful time. Food was homely and the activities were great so we didn’t have to go out for anything at all. Rooms were also clean and toilets were hygienic. Overall a pleasant experience!

The stay was attractive with good ambience and the setup, quotes everywhere. Food quality can be improved little better. If you are planning for a group of friends and or a team outing it would be perfect stay for 2 days not more than that with all types of games

The hosts are friendly and attentive. Food was also decent and they do give you few choices to select. They provide BBQ/Campfire at extra cost which you can give a try provided climate supports. We were totally a group of 10 adults and 4 kids who visited a last week and stay was so comfortable. Rooms and restrooms were neat and clean. They also can accommodate group stay for 40 plus ppl as well.

We decided to stay here at the spur of the moment and glad we made that decision. Each room is very unique and is built around some interesting concepts. Kids loved the swing bed and the bunk bed. The resort campus is filled with beautiful flowers and ensures privacy to each family staying there. The homemade food and great response by the hosts are an added plus. Tip. If staying during rains, avoid rooms having asbestos sheet since the rain makes some noise...

Yercaud is a great location, amazing place to spend the weekend or as many days you can. Carlton House place is at good location & ambience... everything is great, except the host. I hope the host learns to run this place with a heart & not purely from money mindedness, several issues - charged us for 30 guests, when we were only 27 who checked in, added a flat 5% service charge on the entire bill. Understand as a host you would like to make money, but not at the cost of leaving a bitter taste for the guest.

Amazing stay with beautiful views, insane greenery, basketball court, tt table and much more. You can't get bored here. Food is home cooked and the kitchen seems hygienic. The property is quite spacious and if you have a pet, it will love it there. There are 3 suites, one of them being a glass house. It is slightly elevated and offers great views. If you open the windows then you can enjoy the wonderful breeze as well.

Our visit was very memorable here. We were looking for a getaway from the mundane lifestyle and this was the perfect place to do exactly that. The location was perfect. The food was delicious. Every meal was home cooked. We got to play Basketball, Shuttle, Volleyball and Cricket. The view from the sit-out at night was amazing. The Grill and Campfire was lit. They are pet friendly as well. We brought our dog along with us and she enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Tipsy, the dog on the property was so friendly and kept us in good company. All in all its the best place if you are looking for good food, quality time with friends, and an enthralling experience.
