Wonderful store, dedicated mostly to pork products (but also offering a generous selection of beef, including an irresistible Porter house steak ). Highlights are the bacon tower offering a variety of differently prepared and flavoured bacon slabs and an astonishing wide variety of sausages, either frozen for future use or freshly made for immediate enjoyment. This is a very specific store, and its purpose is to prepare and enjoy meat, so you won't find grocery sundries, but you will find an excellent selection of mustards, pickled vegetables and other meat accompaniments. Highly recommended for those seeking a fare not found at your typical supermarket.

Amazing local butcher where you can finally find good sausages( not only the usual sweet /spicy Italian). Steaks are also great. Meat is so good I make my own tartare from there. Customer service is beyond excellent with permanent attention to details and very warm service. Oh and the smell in the store !!! I’m only buying meat from them now

Amazing Butcher! They have magical pork chops, amazing merguez and bacon that is hard to come by. They make lots of items in house and have specialties items here and there. Great shop with friendly owners.

Amazing!!! This place has an amazing selection of meats, sausage,cold cuts and European groceries. The premium marbled pork chops are the best I've ever eaten! Melt in your mouth. The selection of sausage.....all store made is unreal. The boudin blanc....the best I've had by far. Store made bacon and kielbasa is to die for! Check this place out. Open Thursday thru Saturday only. You can't be disappointed.

I had been meaning to stop by for a couple of weeks now and finally made the time today. I walked in and was immediately greeted by two freezer cases FULL of sausages of all imaginable types and varieties - not to mention the fresh and smoked sausages and meats at the counter! Service was great - I wasn't bothered while browsing but was completely engaged when I was ready to check out, and had a great conversation with the owner. He even threw a pair of Hungarian smoked sausages into my bag, on the house, for me to "snack on on your way home"! The sausages themselves more than live up to the great experience in store. These are, literally, the best sausages I've eaten in my entire life. My entire family is in love with them, my father-in-law made me cut him off. I'm excited to go back and try more of the amazing meats here!

Friendly staffs with delicious sausages, aged beef and pretzels. You can even find exotic tastes from python to alligator! BACA is amazing and burst with flavours!

Always fresh and yummy. Service is great too. You can order by phone and they prepare the meat just the way you want! We usually buy pork belly and shoulder for Korean style bbq. Their pork meat is the best with the reasonable price. We also tried marinated baby ribs for a small party and everyone loved the ribs.

Great selections of sausages and service. The only regret is that I didn’t come here sooner.
