James the lab technician was Great! This was the first time my 5 yr young son was getting blood drawn since he was a baby so we traveled from Middlesex Country to this Millburn lab because the reviews at this LabCorp was better than the others near us. When we entered the facility James' greeting was professional, warm, and friendly which helped ease my son's fear. He took us immediately and continued to joke with my son as he drew his blood and before we knew it he was all done. My son barely flinched. I am very grateful for James' service and my son's experience as this set a positive tone for any future lab visits. I'm over a month late with this review but wanted to be sure to say Thank you James!

Lab technicians are changing continously. There 's no permanent staff to draw blood. A month ago there were highly experieced people and today was horrible. I have very good veins to draw blood and never had any problems or pain after the procedure, but I'm in pain now and it goes down the arm, 1.5 hours after.. First time problem at this location.

Took my 11 year old and they were great. My appt was at 7:45 and we were out by 8:00am. Miriam was sweet and patience with my son. She was making conversation, trying to keep him calm and relaxed.

I just left after having the best labwork experience I've ever had. Usually, I'm told I'm a hard stick, but the tech nailed it without hesitation the first try, quick and painless. She was also so sweet and made me feel super comfortable. This is definitely the only LabCorp I'll be using from now on.

Overall great experience. Check-in is via one of the two kiosks. Wait time is rather minimal due to online appointment but the small waiting room was beginning to get cramped. Taking the blood sample was fast. Parking in the rear was abundant. I would come here again for future blood work.

Quick check-in, no waiting, excellent service from staff. I felt no pain during the blood draw, and the technician keeps your mind occupied with cheerful small talk. Will be driving out of the way to come here for blood work.

9/15/23 The best experience I've ever had at any lab Corp location. I'm really impressed. Pleasant staff as well.
