Must try enchiladas in town. Right amount of grated cheese without hiding the flavours. Green sauce was good. Worth every penny for the portion size. Rice was right done, their green salsa fr the chips was different and delicious. Pleasant environment with friendly service. They do the spice per your liking

Acabo de comer los tacos de lengua con doble tortilla más deliciosos que e probado acá en USA. If you are looking for authentic Mexican tacos, this is the place to get them. The tortillas are handmade and that’s what makes then have the real deal Mexican taste. I had no idea this restaurant was so close to my job. I will certainly be ordering from el Mirador sooner than later. I want to taste all the tacos in their menu! Highly recommended!

Nice place to have some yummy Mexican food. I liked the guacamole chips, also I liked the sopes, and my daughter enjoyed las flautas de Chorizo. The steak burrito was flavorful but was on the dry side since it had little beans and too little meat. Basically it was a burrito de arroz. We also asked for tacos al pastor but we felt the tacos also had little meat in it. The prices are really good. You will eat real, yummy food for very little money. I recommend this place, I just don't recommend the burrito and I have doubts about the tacos.

Loved it! The lady here is so sweet, probably just like your loving aunt you visited. She personally asked us if we were vegetarians inorder to give us vegetarian options which obviously from the pictures were not. We ahe whole some lunch. She also asked us about our spicy preference. That's was a real restaurant host should look like!!

Great spot! Super polite staff and a lovely lady who will chat up with you. Horchata was yum and unique! The enchiladas was delish. Snacking on a perfect empanada right now. Clean and colorful setting. Perfect for lunch, great prices and large portions. Or bring a date or the family!

This restaurant is a hidden gem. Authentic Mexican food. Their tacos al pastor, steak and lengua were on point. Their nachos are amazing, fully loaded. Their birria tacos were so good. They recommended them and they were not wrong. We catered our lunch for all of our coworkers and everyone love it.

We love Enchiladas and have had it in most of the Mexican restaurants in NJ and NY. Chicken enchiladas here was the best!! Rice was cooked to perfection with the right seasoning. Bean sauce chicken everything was good. They customised a nice spicy version for me which was amazing. Came with a sweet presentation and friendly service. Definitely a must try !

This place is a little family owned gem close to Newark airport. They make some of the best tacos and Mexican drinks I’ve ever had in a long time. I tried the steak, spicy chicken and shrimp tacos. All of them hit the spot. They have two types of salsa, salsa verde and salsa roja (super spicy) and both were delicious. Washed everything down with some fresh delicious Tamarind juice. Well worth the visit.

We ordered for take-out before stepping in and seeing how welcoming the atmosphere was. The food was delicious and great portion size! Even our 20 month old daughter enjoyed the food. Definitely worth it!

Best Authentic Tacos in the area. Not those fake ones ! They’re not stingy they will fill those tacos up with lots of meat ! Another favorite of mine is their Chuletas (pork chops) with fries ! Love love love them ! And the pricing is great too ! The owner is awesome always accommodates my family and I :) deff recommend this place 100% .

Great value for the price. This little gem in the heart of Elizabeth is a must try. If you want true authentic Mexican food, don't hesitate. Nothing like a family owned business ran with LOVE. The food is a true home cooked meal. Everytime we come each dish just gets better. Thank you for the perfect service. P.S. $1 for 3 churros :)
