I'm laying in bed as I'm writing this review. This review is only about the room, the mattresses are not comfortable, there's only 1 pillow, there is no airconditioning and it's hard to fall asleep.

For other American travelers new to Belgian hotels, they don’t provide towels and they don’t have a front desk. So you call this number in case it’s late at night and you forgot a towel, and a creepy old man wearing abuse ball cap saying “boss” will knock on your door and ask 8 euros for a towel, so fyi. There is a hotel called Monaco that is cheaper about 3 min away in case you want to make that decision instead

The room and location was good. You can access indoor pool once a day 1 hour and you have to reserve it before hand. The pool is only from 10 to 10. You have to bring your washing soap and towel with you which is strange! Overall ok experience but could have been much better if the owner was not stingy and put washing soap 😁😂

You have pay for parking. You have pay for towels.In suit was awful smell from bathroom all 6 days.You have to clean after yourself before check out. Some guests used swimming pool after 22.00 and was to loud and impossible to fall asleep.

Very uncomfortable beds, so loud due to the matras material, that every moment will wake up others. You have to make up your own bed, matras, pillows with all the covers, something I haven't seen in 15 years traveling all over the planet. Airco didn't work all night, couldn't get the room below 25 degrees, our night was therefor terrible. We had a balcony, but could enjoy the door and open it due to a cycling team parked right against our balcony, making noise until deep in the night, from tool noise, to talking and loud music. No respect whatsoever for other holiday guests and apparently the staff didn't care about it either. Very little information, we kept searching for where to put the trash, how to get to the pool, how to get somewhere to meet anyone working there. Inside pool and wellness unavailable due to to many people. Had to make a reservation a day before it to use it for 1 hour. But it opens at 10, the same time we supposed to be checked out of the hotel. Outside pool was so crowded and filled with kids who lack any kind of parental guidance or proper education. No water or other small offers in the rooms. Bathroom has no soundproofing, so becomes very loud in the bedroom and living room. The design of the room doesn't make any sense. Outside parking was blocked due to cycling team so we were forced to use the basement. Spend much time to just find out simple information, cause of the lack of a reception and much unavailability of online information. We rarely ever had a hotel room for almost €200 a night, but never had an experience this bad with the hotel. Clearly the hotel owner has absolutely zero interest in tourism, and all his or her interest in the money machine it simply is. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from places like this.

Parked my car next to the Holiday Suites. When I returned after one hour , the car was covered with cigarette butts and ash. Obviously someone from the apartments above the parking lot emptied a ashtray. After contacting Holiday Suites , and showing the mess to the concierge, they did not come up with some sort of solution…..

They don't give change for their own washing machines because, "Management says we can't." Because keeping change on hand is such a struggle. The nearby supermarket they send you to doesn't want to give change either, but at least this I get. Change this policy before I leave and I will change my review.

Good for the price if you need to make a stopover in the area. I would charge a little bit more and include towels in the price.

No Soap, no Towel to dry your hands let alone a Towel for the shower. Parking a £1 a hour
