In the beautiful area of Polanco this place is as incredible as they come. Overlooking the park, each space inside is curated with exclusive Mexican design and culture. I have truly never seen such a stunning collaborative space with a bespoke design down to the detail. Best place to stay in Mexico City. Period!

The location is perfect for anyone wanting to stay in Polanco. The staff went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Campos Polanco is impeccable. From the exceptional service, the design details, location, room product - truly marvelous! I was blown away by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff who were so attentive and caring - Holanda, Tania, Mitchell, Jhonatan, the entire front office staff, the super warm and nice overnight manager Caesar who greeted me with a smile every evening I returned from a long day of meetings or sightseeing, housekeeping team.. and a very friendly engineering man I think? But the standout was Chef Fernando churning out some outstanding breakfast dishes. Usually when breakfast is included, you don’t expect much in terms of quality or variety. But the spread of breakfast fare complete with fresh fruit, pastries, homemade jams and hot sauces, and of course the special plate of the day by Fernando that always has creativity, amazing flavor, gorgeous presentation. I can’t wait to return to stay here again! Highly recommend for a luxury hotel experience that has a residential vibe where you feel at home.

The space is so beautifully curated, every detail is so artful! Large rooms with plenty of natural light. The staff was so kind and accommodating, they met our every need! The neighborhood also felt incredibly safe, I felt very comfortable walking around during the day and at night. The hotel is also in walking distance to many attractions which made it a great base to go site seeing! Large rooms, WiFi was very fast, lounge and balcony bathrooms were very clean, the entire space is very well maintained.
