We dined at some of the more popularly reviewed restaurants in Roma before trying Gardela and were so sad we did not find this gem sooner. EVERY dish was incredible- from the perfectly cooked NY Strip that was sliced table side to the exquisite plate of BBQed vegetables. I was in LOVE. The prices were more than reasonable for the quality of food and service. Special shout out to the server assistant who made our meals there extra special with their hospitality and attention every time. Would recommend to anyone visiting CDMX.

First time here celebrating a birthday! Great atmosphere service is very efficient Marco was attentive to us he recommended the salmon and the catch of the day was turgot wow amazing!!! Flavors did not disappoint the bread is homemade whatttt excellent.

This was a fantastic meal. If you do not opt for an expensive steak and multiple drinks, you can have a great meal with some of the best service I have seen in my life for ~$20 USD. The ambiance is chic and modern. There is an entire team of waiters assigned to you who ensure you are never running low on anything. I was very impressed. At first, they give you a bread basket. This was one of the best bread baskets I have seen, and it had a wide variety of both loaves and crackers. The actual food was fantastic. Everything came in a reasonable portion, timely fashion, and it was high quality.

We had an amazing dinner and the customer service was excellent. We came from Texas to celebrate our friend's 50th birthday. This place doesn't disappoint. Highly recommend all the different types of cuts of beef and lamb. The cream potatoes were exquisite.

Absolutely amazing all around - food and service were top notch for all our dishes and the service was just so amazing n kind. Folks need to remember staff works very hard and they should be treated with respect n kindness!! I had rack of lamb it was perfect, beet salad was refreshing n from what I was told the burgers were and looked delicious. Drinks were also great😎😎😎

Delicious meat. However, the service was very good but a bit too "on the nose".. every time the waiters were around putting plates or doing something which did not leave space for privacy.. a bit more of training and it is impeccable. I anyways thank Eric and his colleagues for doing their best.
