This place is ok....has all that you need...can be overpriced...but if it's hard to find...they probably have it...or cam order it online....staff here can be very random....from very helpful to down right rude...have had both!

I went in the store and told the young man I needed help because the cat litter was to heavy to handle. He was eager to help but the cashier person kept taking him away two times to help others. Nice way to treat a senior that needed help! I found a basket and went out to the entrance to wait for a Uber in which the young man promised he would help me and wait there for my transportation. I felt after I spent a good some of money for cat products I wasn't afforded the help needed. Never go there again!

Is a big store with almost everything for your dog.

Largest Pet store I have seen thus far in Merida. LOTS of options for all pets. Grooming services I will try for the first time next week. Impressive.

You can find about everything you need to your pet BUT gotta take everything you purchase in your hands without a bag. Very inconvenient since you need to walk several steps to the parking lot.

Really nice place to go and spend time with the family, the playground gets packed of kids of all ages but it's the kids love it.

Good products but very bad experience with the grooming, second time wrong hair cut.
