I agree five stars is not enough! I am so glad I made the call to book a consultation with the Doctor. He suggested physiotherapy three times a week to improve the range of motion in my knee (limited by arthritis pain). I could not believe how quickly my knee responded to the sessions. I am now walking down stairs properly, getting in and out of the car properly, the pain is almost non existent and my range of motion has gone from about 75% to 120% in about 12 visits. I thought I had strong legs and knew quite a bit about fitness, but have learned so much more. The staff are fabulous, knowledgable and push you to limits you did not think possible. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Quality and Life -- THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

Jackie was great and spoke English. She Worked very hard to help me improve my frozen shoulder. I would highly recommend her. I worked with a couple other people when she wasn’t working and they were great as well. This facility has a doctors office, a gym area and Alta sounds therapy/massage area. Nice set up. I received physiotherapy at this clinic from March to June 2022. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and facilities! From the initial visit with Dr. Patino, to EVERDAY (and I had over forty sessions), working with his incredible staff. I'm 62 years old, being an athlete my whole adult life has required me to have my share of medical help, and to be in position to evaluate various physio clinics. I can say without a doubt that this clinic is the BEST facility I have ever worked with...in any country!!! I previously mentioned the physiotherapists...who are fantastic. But the other aspect that blew me away, was I must have been +25 sessions in before I came close to repeating the same exercise...WOW!...unheard of in my experience. I can honestly say that with Arturo's leadership, and some great sessions with Isela, Renata, and Alejandro, they gave me my "sports life" back, after having knee surgery in February. If you are in need of physiotherapy just go!

I had a hip replacement in early January. After 6 weeks I felt I needed more physiotherapy to strengthen my hip. The process was very professional starting with a consult with Dr. Patino. With his therapists they set up a strength training plan which got me on the right path. Arturo and the other staff helped me build my confidence to continue with their strength training process upon my return to Canada. I would highly recommend Quality & Life. I am so glad I found Quality and Life. I started going to therapy there after having a knee replacement. Four weeks in, I am amazed at the progress they have helped me to achieve. I mainly work with Luis and Guadalupe, and I can’t say enough about them. They are knowledgeable, very encouraging and make each session fun. I am just about to sign up for my next 12 sessions and look forward to every visit.

I worked with Lupita for 12 sessions and she helped me enormously and will definitely use her in the future if I need therapy

I highly recommend them, they are helping me with my rehabilitation from a cervical operation (disk prosthesis) and everything is going very well.
