"A
wonderful
and
unique
Yoga
and
SCUBA
retreat"
Tribal
Tulum
gets
5
stars
from
me.
Joanne
was
extremely
responsive
from
my
first
inquiry
and
built
a
custom
program
allowing
me
to
maximise
my
yoga
and
diving.
The
accommodation
is
spacious,
clean,
well
appointed
and
very
comfortable.
The
kitchenette
is
great
and
allows
you
to
eat
in
if
you
want
-
although
there
are
an
ample
supply
of
great
restaurants
for
every
budget
within
a
short
walk
of
Tribal.
Breakfast
was
freshly
prepared
each
day
and
was
varied
and
delicious.
Joanne
is
a
marvelous
host
and
nothing
is
too
much
trouble.
I
joined
her
most
mornings
for
her
sunrise
beach
mediation
(not
to
be
missed
if
you
love
stunning
sunrises
above
a
beautiful
blue
ocean)
She
also
was
great
at
recommending
different
things
to
do
in
and
around
Tulum.
If
you
get
a
chance
do
a
Mayan
Temple
Tour
and
a
Temazcal.
The
yoga
studio
is
a
very
calming
space
and
the
Teachers
she
has
assembled
(along
with
herself)
are
passionate
professionals
who
will
work
with
you
to
get
the
most
from
your
practice
whatever
that
might
be
….
And
on
New
Years
Eve
we
had
just
the
best
Chakra
focussed
Sound
Bath.
The
Diving
is
outstanding.
Alex
and
Orlando
were
great
Instructors
and
took
me
to
an
amazing
array
of
Cenotes
from
majestic
cathedrals
of
stalagmites
and
stalactites,
to
The
Pit
a
115
foot
multilevel
dive
featuring
great
halocline
and
hydrogen
sulfide
layers
and
just
about
everything
in
between.
I
did
10
dives
everyone
different,
including
two
ocean
dives
with
some
amazing
swim
throughs.
There
was
nothing
about
Tribal
Tulum
that
I
did
not
like.
It
was
a
perfect
balance
of
yoga,
meditation,
diving,
and
culture.
I
highly
recommend
Tribal
Tulum.
I
had
read
it
was
noisy
but
I
did
not
find
it
noisy
at
all
-
yes
it
is
by
the
main
road
to
the
beach
and
that
does
get
some
traffic
but
it
was
never
excessively
noisy
and
the
convenience
of
the
location
far
outweighed
the
fact
it
was
by
the
road.
You
even
get
a
bike
for
your
stay
to
enable
you
to
get
around.
