The hotel is beautiful, the setting is wonderful, quiet, clean but I'm writing this review for a different reason. Recently, almost a year after I was there, I found out through my credit card statement that I was charge the amount of $142.00. When I paid the hotel they used the old fashion paper receipt method in which there is an original statement charge which they kept and giving me a copy of the original receipt. It is very unpleasant for this to happen. There were very nice, lovely and apparently very decent ladies in the hotel. I would like to think that none of those nice ladies who made my stay so wonderful didn't do this attempt to rob my credit card. I prefer to think that maybe an employee who has been a temporary worker has tried to charge me for the balance of $142.00 for some unknown reason.

Rude and terrible communication skills. I tried to make a reservation and was hung up on several times. When I finally did make a reservation, I was told I had 3 days to make a deposit on the room. 2 days later they told me that my room was already rented to another person. Please, please, please do not support these people. Also you can definitely get a better deal at nicer places in the area.

Nice view and excellent hosting

La mejor experiencia de relajación en donde sanas cuerpo y espíritu. La comida en realidad es muy buena y casera típica mexicana. Los cuartos muy limpios y el lugar en general muy acogedor. El único detalle fue que mi masaje fue de 40 minutos y yo esperaba que fuera de 1 hora y la chica del masaje era algo brusca. Pero es un excelente lugar para relajarse.

Se encuentra en el otro lado de la peña, con energía más pura, relajante super lindo despertar e irte a dormir con esa vista y calma. La comida es rica. El temazcal lo dirige un abuelo con gran fuerza que te contiene. Gracias pronto nos vemos 🦋💀🦅🐝❤️‍🔥⚫☺️

La vista es linda, aunque la piscina es muy fria, ya que no cuenta con calefacción y pequeña por lo cual no dan ganas de entrar. la vista es preciosa y la temática también. El estacionamiento es pequeño, Hablando de recamaras, estan amplias, en algunas vienen hasta 2 camas mattimoniales por $1500 aprox la noche, camas y Almohadas un poco duras, las regaderas no están deliciosas, casi no cae agua bien pero cumplen su función, los jabones artesanales están lindos, dejan bastantes Toallas así que esta cool. La comida del restaurante está pasable, lo rico son los helados de vino y tuna. La distancia del pueblo a él hotel son como 15 aproximadamente, pero el lugar es tranquilo. Volvería solo por la vista. Y la gente amable. Ya que por el precio hay mejores opciones. Perooo la vista lo es todo.
