This place is amazing.! There are so many activities to do you definitely need at least a week to be able to experience it all. We stayed for 4 days and I felt we definitely needed more time. We received amazing service in the buffet the waiters Ricardo, Mario, and Saul. They were very friendly and attentive really really great service by them. Service desk on the other hand I really think they could do a little better when it comes to guests having room issues. We had to go up to the desk twice and call the front desk to get our room key to work. Other than that everything was amazing.

A wonderful stay at the hotel. The whole complex is quality. Service was fantastic (sometimes the waitresses in the Mall bar were not attentive but we just went to the bar ourselves), food was lovely whether buffet or one of the restaurants. Entertainment in the theatres was good. The pools were well maintained and you can find the one that suits your needs from quiet to full on engagement with entertainment. Certainly exceeded our expectations all round and would love to go back.

We absolutely loved our stay! All the staff were amazing especially Jose Julian at the buffet at Caribe. Every morning he served us well and was very attentive. We couldn’t have asked for better service from him.

Gilberto Perez is the best waiter at the resort. Extremely attentive and great service. Make sure to leave a tip for him he looks out for you and your family and always has a smile as well. 10/10 experience and we kept coming back to his section in the restaurant for his friendly personality and quick service especially when it comes to ordering drinks!!

Can’t say enough about how incredible our experience was! Both the staff and the resort were 10/10! We spent time at the buffet, as well as at the a la carte restaurants, and received incredible service at both. We attended Trattoria for Italian one night and had Luis Uitzil as our server and he was amazing - so attentive and willing to help!

La Trattoria has good food and a good time compared to the buffets at the resort, Manuel Blanco is a great waiter with great recommendations off the menu and I really enjoyed my meal. Joel Hernandez at the buffet is very tentative and nice, he makes sure you always have coffee and remembers us from the previous visit! Very pleasant.

La Trattoria: André’s Kuyoc, was a wonderful server. We enjoyed his enthusiasm and product knowledge. It was a beautiful way to spend my fiancé and mine night of engagement. We highly recommend this restaurant.

We enjoyed breakfast at the Caribe restaurant this morning. Miguel Jimenez and Santos Pech were out servers, so friendly! My boyfriend had a great conversation with Miguel. We have had breakfast at the Tropical the last several days and decided to come to Caribe this morning. This was our best breakfast experience so far. Very friendly staff!
