One of my host enjoy stays in a hotel. No heat or ac, but charm and comfort with an atmosphere making my stay special.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, wifi almost never worked, the TV was too small and too old (not even a smart TV), the cable service was intermittent and rebooted every 5 minutes, the whole room was too old and ugly, it’d be fair for 20 USD, but for that price (~100 USD) I expected at least a 3-4 star hotel

I overall liked my stay in this hotel, particularly the location (central but in a quieter street) and the balcony of our room, facing the church and with sun most of the day. Also everything was very cleaned and the room seemed pretty new. What I didn't like is the bed, pretty hard and uncomfortable - at least for me- and the staff of the reception that was not particularly helpful when we asked questions or support (at some point we had to do an international call to block our credit card and they only said to us, with zero empathy, to just go to oxxio).

Hello everyone, I am a frequent traveler, my husband and I are always trying new places. This hotel is so frocking cute,Govea the impresión of a small Hacienda. Rooms are great and our bathroom was huge; we ate at the restaurant as well, tacos de arrachera are amazing and the camarones panzones are so yummy. Staff is super friendly and they have a garage to park your car. Quite handy. Let me tell you stay here is super close to the center and is so beautiful. Place is super clean and last but not least it has a great roof top. Come and stay you will not regret it.

I really liked the hotel. Instant check-in, suitcases were delivered to the room very quickly. The staff is professional and attentive. Everything in the room is clean and tidy. There is hot water, but very low water pressure. Wi-Fi in each room, but you need to choose your access point with the maximum signal level. For breakfast I liked the juice of fresh oranges and scrambled eggs with bacon.

We didn’t hate it or love it. We stayed for a week. The first room that was given to us was below expectations, dark, smelled damp and really noisy. Once we asked for a change of room they changed us to the rooftop room which was A LOT better, it had a nice view and the room and bathroom were much newer. We liked this room. The biggest issue here is that it’s super noisy, it could be better insulated but I think t might not be the hotels fault as the city is very noisy with firecrackers at 6am every morning and music in the plaza till 12/1am. The decor is nice of the place and the hotel staff are very nice. What I didn’t like is that whenever we asked for recommendations for tours and things like ambar, coffee etc the guy we spoke to tried to sell their stuff or people they know rather than several recommendations. I get it’s a business but this made me feel it’s too commercialised. We did one day trip with them and realised that they charged 100 pesos more than tour companies like jalapeño tours so we didn’t book any more tours with the hotel. The tour operator they gave was also not very nice. The buffet breakfast was not tasty at all, the eggs were watery and it was too much for what it was. The location was really good though. Overall, I think it’s not the best value for money as there are cheaper places with same service, definitely didn’t feel like 4 star hotel.

The staffs are so accommodating and so helpful. It's a very well maintained old building. It feels like I'm in the movie of Budapest in a way. As I left my passport carelessly in the plane (Ouch..), they tried to help me to find a passport. Their service was excellent and really felt for me. They arranged a call taxi and all the staffs were amazing.

Great location. Friendly staff, and quite a beautiful place. The internet was spotty at best during my 48 hour stay. Bathrooms are a bit under par in my opinion. Especially because they have open windows facing the hallway, so there's not much privacy there.

Nice repurposed colonial house. It does not have all the amenities of a spanking new Marriott but has charm and an appealing decor. Staying there is a bit like going back in time. Good restaurant, good concierge (no English), eager to please staff. Not far from San Cristobal's action a few blocks away.

A bit disappointing. Our room did not have any windows that opened towards the outside, so it got humid and stuffy when we showered. Also, we could hear everything from people in the room next door through a weird opening in the bathroom. The breakfast was good (150 MXN buffet), but would not come back here unfortunately.

We loved the proximity to San Cris. Enjoyed this hotel alot. The room we had was on the smaller side, but we chose the room:) They have added on over the years to make it a great hotel. Would absolutely recommend staying her in San Cris. Excellent pricing and about 3 blocks from the city center.

Great location, parking included and amazing customer service by everyone. The hotel has a nice local, authentic touch and all areas were really clean. The room was a bit tight but nicely clean with a nice balcony. We will definitely stay here again if we visit San Cristobal again!

The hotel is one of the most beautiful places of the city. Amazing architecture, with painted details all over the building. The room is beautiful and quiet. The breakfast is very tasty with many options, and great service. The staff is very friendly and useful. The location is perfect, very close to the centre and safe neighbourhood. We are absolutely very pleased with this hotel!
