Very nice stay. Gorgeous rooms, comfy beds, and an awesome rooftop patio with a hot tub. Only complaint is that I stayed in the room closest to the main road: the noise was unbearable at night. Bring earplugs!

Gorgeous condos close to everything! 2 blocks from the beach and like 6 to downtown/mall and marina. Very well kept, clean spacious, satellite TV, washer,dryer, dishwasher. 2 private pools. Best of all it had some really amazing views 👏

Totally enjoyed the condo, very well kept community and well managed! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the location to Medano Beach, awesome shopping, Marina district and incredible restaurants! Two pools, one heated!

Somewhat dated complex but you can't beat the location and it was indeed clean!! The pool gets shade in the afternoons which is a bit of a bummer and we would have loved a hot tub, as well as pool bar or music. Once again, location was everything. Great views from all condos!! We will consider this as a future investment property due to location and views. :)

It Was absolutely amazing!!! 5 star all the way from the restaurants to the service and The food...places You have to go to, and Solomon's landing, We went Breakfast lunch and dinner a few times and they never disappointed everything was delicious!! And The service was 5 star as well!!!, also El Peringo was amazing eventhough you need to make reservations! Tabasco on the beach is absolutely delicious please have their 1800 Cadillac margaritas and their shrimp platter...huge, fresh and delicious...Dave there is an awesome waiter!! I would definitely definitely be back!!

Great place Super nice condominiums bend new walking distance from the beach

The elevator goes out with weather so be in perfect health to hike. My partner had a cast so it was a pain. And the road noice was terrible all night long. Every night! I complained and was told the rich powerful locals have influence and police does nothing to stop the street racing all night long. Won't book there again. It is close yo beach but being further out in El tezel might be best to avoid the late night rumbles.

Loved the place. Secure, clean and nicely appointed. Wine chiller! Easy 5 minute walk to beach. 30 minute easy walk all the way to Cabo Wabo. We didn't rent a car, stayed 1 week, walked everywhere. Close restaurants and shopping. Uber when needed.

My friend has a friend that owns a condo here but you can also utilize the space via Airbnb I think.... It was a wonderful place to stay! We were in a penthouse and can I just say, wow! There's a view of the ocean, the furnishings are beautiful, and the security felt good with very kind workers at the gated entrance. It's only a short walk to the beach so no dealing with parking, etc. There's a few good restaurants within a 10 minute walk and the touristy strip is around 25 minutes walk which wasn't difficult. I would highly recommend staying here.

5 mins walk from beach. Clean and safe. Pool heater didnt seem to work for the the week we where there. Overall great experience.

I rented through VRBO and my unit was managed through a company called Evolve. Very professionally managed and my local contact (Fransisco) was fantastic. Condo looked exactly like the posted pics and was large, comfortable and very well appointed. Wifi was great. 24 hour gated security that was very friendly. We didn’t use the pool (preferred the beach). Best yet, condo was 2 blocks from public access to Medano Beach. At that access there were several beach restaurants. Walkable to the marina and downtown or around 90 pesos for an Uber (4.50 US). Our 2 bedroom condo seemed to be the best priced that we found anywhere close by or in the 2 large apartment buildings. Would stay there again if we went back.

Great place to stay. Within walking distance from the beach, downtown and driving distance to local grocery stores, restaurants and Costco. Highly Recommend!! We will Recommend this place 👌!!
