The shopping experience in this store was not good, the person who served me was somewhat despotic, he does not know how to treat customers, the staff needs to be more friendly. If you go to this store you have to know that you cannot touch the models to know if you would like to try them on, they tell you that you can only try on two models. They don't make you feel comfortable with customer service, I mention this because it happened to me that if you want to try on various models and sizes it seems shocking. I went shopping and I felt uncomfortable because of the attention they showed me various models, I chose one in the end and when I got home I regretted not having tried on a half size larger even though they had bothered. So if you go, know this and don't give up because buying shoes is not like buying ice cream. In general, the service is bad. I felt uncomfortable with my purchase and in the end my shoes were a bit tight and I hope they loosen a little with use or I will have to invest in others. So I advise you to any store you go to, give yourself your time and respect each other so that you can buy what is viable for you and do not let yourself be pressured by the attitudes of whoever or those who serve you because you are the customer, you are going to buy and it is their job to serve you.

I bought a pair of safety shoes and in just two weeks the surroundings and tongue of both shoes began to fray. I asked for a guarantee and they claim normal wear and tear due to friction on the pants, which is why it does not apply.

I have been a buyer of this brand for 7 years. A month ago I went to renew my shoes, but as usual the sales staff is very rude and they never have the intention of selling. I know it's not relevant to the brand but THEY ALREADY LOST A CUSTOMER.
