This is the first and the last time I will choose to stay in this hotel. Receptionist on the check-in counter are not professional, did not give proper instructions on Complimentary Breakfast that all espresso beverages are not included until the waitress brought the bill. Check in and check out experience is not productive, first of all, there is no mini bar in the room, it has to clear the housekeeping check before a guest can complete the check out. The air-condition in the room didn't come with a flap (no maintenance), room has the high humidity smell. Complimentary breakfast is pathetic, choice of food selection is less than 10. Overall stay was very unpleasant. Will not recommend this hotel for friends, colleagues and family. Bad choice.

Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food is good but quarantine food not so much. No natural light gets into the bedroom but it is clean and cool.

Worst hotel ever! Very inconsiderate!

Lovely Hotel, close to everything. 10 min to the SM Clark shopping center. Large rooms with plenty of space for the whole family. Good and friendly staff, however, the hotel is a bit worn, but still well-kept after Filipino standard. There is also a very good restaurant and on the 9th floor there is a bar and a small pool. Can definitely be recommended.

Great location! Very close to SM Clark mall, massage places, and variety of eating joints. Room was cozy and clean. Tv is super old ( fuzzy pic). The hotel was undergoing renovation during our stay (washroom was flooding every time we had a shower) but we were able to see pass through it because we just love how friendly and accommodating the staff were during our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They have live entertainment I believe on weekends up the roof. Their restaurant offer variety of food choices, good price, decent portion, and taste great. Thank you for looking after us during our stay with you.

Try to check or stay in three there a banda and food room to enjoy it

Standard room is Fine. The some amenities are old. like its reused. Slippers missing, need to ask the front desk. Need trash bin in the room, facial tissue. Please bleach the sink to take out stains.

Went here on New Year's Eve and checked out the day after. Got a standard room worth 5,100 inclusive of dinner buffet, breakfast and a mug for 2 people. Excellent rooftop with good views of NYE fireworks and band. Staff were very courteous and service was good. Nice value for a jam-packed holiday.

The people and service are wonderful, however there are things that need improving. Internet speed is awful, housekeeping is tight with soap, toilet paper. Laundry is expensive and staff not up front when it comes to charges. Dining is bad. Room plumbing will break any day now.

We were there for our accuantance party the event hall was a bit small but the rooms are spacious enough. Had a bad experience with one of their conceirge tho but the other employees were very kind.

Hotel in nice but the location is not so good- fronting it is a casino and not so spacious frontage to accommodate pick up and drop off for guests.

Overall, very bad experience. Changed our room like 5 times.

Good experience! It's just that facilities is not excellent comparing to other accommodations I've been. The room is okay! Not bad! The food is good! The function room is intended for lectures and meeting. There is a cold aircon, clean, and good sound system. The creaw are courteous and kind. The InTERNEt is fast and easy access!

all the staff and crew of Azzurro Hotel from front desk to house keeping are very accommodating. they have a genuine smile that makes you feel comfortable to asks anything you need. and most, the room is very homey😊😊😊

This where I stayed for my isolation prior going home. The place was ok and the staff were very helpful on my needs.

The pictures on their website and travel booking apps were probably taken 10-15 years ago. Where in actuality the hotel is dilapidated and with NO maintenance at all. the sink and showers were even leaking, bedding are not changed regularly such that hairs and other nail cuticles are on the comforter/blanket itself. The curtains looks like it have not been washed since it opened 10-15 years ago. Towels are all in gray color. Everything in the room smells like cigarette and old furniture. Toilet tiles are blackened with molds..Don't ever remove your shoes or sleepers because the floors were so dusty that the soles of your feet will turn black.If i could rate a negative 10 on this review, that would be it.Not even poor but disgusting hotel to the highest level.

As of today we are here for quarrantine by clark airport arrival passenger ,the rooms are clean, but fod is not great,and the room i am using rightnow has a bedbugs pest

Very disappointing. Room was smelly that we have to request for transfer to another room but turned out just the same. Refrigerator is not working, bathroom is dark and the room was small. Jacussi and Sauna not in good working condition and it’s dirty. Overall, the stay was not a good one. Definitely not recommended.

Great employees great food and friendly staff.

Dining experience: Food is cheap. A 12inch pizza is just 350pesos. Selections are limited though. If you want a quiet place for an intimate family or barkada dinner, this is the place to go. There's a live band at the rooftop too for those who want to just chill and hangout. Still a great experience.
