Love the rooms as well as the facilities...Good Customer Service too from the Main Entrance, to Bell Service up to the Pool Area...The room is not only clean, it also features a high-tech lighting system which is easy to operate.

Great staff. Coffee shop. Excellent Restaurants. Laundry had quick turn around. Abundant breakfast menu. Gym had several treadmills, bikes, and weights. Only issue was elevator but issue was fixed quickly.

We had a wonderful time at the annual PRA Christmas Party last night. The food was awesome and the staff made the event run smoothly. Great atmosphere and we now plan to go back with family for over night fun.

I highly recommend this hotel. I'd like to thank the Housekeeping Department for an exemplary service. Our room was very neat, comfy and organized. The room amenities are also complete and well prepared. I also love the infinity pool design with an overlooking view of the city. The staff were all accommodating and a big plus that they allowed us to check in early. A big thanks to Mr Mike Castillo of Best Western Plus for being so kind, approachable and for recommending this hotel. Best Western Plus Metro Clark gave me a much-needed break Plus a relaxing and unforgettable bonding experience with my family.

Positively one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It has the most updated and state of the art rooms. The hotel and the staff personnel are top notch professional. The Queen Deluxe room was a perfect fit nice and spacious bathroom and shower just perfect. The infinity pool was well maintained clean as a whistle the hotel is spotless. (If there was one drawback it was the breakfast just seemed lacking in choice like no bacon come on!) I’m sure leaving things out like the restaurants but All in all I give BWGM a five star rating and love the people at the front desk super pros!

The walls of the shower and cr are made of glass so the person otside can watch when you do your "business" Good for couples but not for families and those attending seminars

Rooms are nice but small. Bathroom is better. Food and service are good. Staff were courteous and accomodating. The rates are fair enough.

Rooms are clean and impressive. But there are no electrical sockets at the bedside table. Overall the place is nice and near several key areas and establishments

They have the niciest view in Angeles City. Clean rooms, good food and have friendly staffs. This was our 3rd stay with them.

Big room fast wifi and comfortable bed with pool view. Above several good places to eat and a shopping center.

Main reason we chose this place was because the PRA is located in the same building. But we were pleasantly surprised about a lot of things. There was ample parking, easily located from the street and short distance to SM and Clark. We had a 50% discount on the room rate. The wifi was great. Food was great. The room was exceptionally clean and I love the tiles in that shower. I love that everything was a push button from my bed. It was a great stay, will come back again.

Beautiful hotel nice lobby having Christmas decor as it been the season with big tree going to the cafe Sebastian Having Nice size rooms with full amenities and big tv Polite and friendly staff Nice for few nights but a bit pricey but on line bookings you can get a descount there's parking and entrance to hotel at the back of savers mall having few good restaurants on the ground floor with appliances shop on second floor Only thing I put 3 stars and not 4 star is my wife had a free promo card to have a free night with breakfast for 2 from one of her work sponsors since working for the DOH we were there early as check in was 2pm my wife went to the reception desk having 4 staff ignoring my wife for 10 minutes only when I got up from the chair in the lobby went to the desk they took notice of my wife ok maybe they were busy but then one of the lady receptionist said the promo card was for half price and then saying there is no queen size rooms available having to upgrade to king size with additional charge 800 peso on top of 4k for the room To us the promo card said free one night accomadation so I said no we find a nother hotel there's plenty round there with pool and cheaper with breakfast too Just then I think it was the manager came out said it's ok it's free room but only have king size rooms available with extra cost So we agreed don't mind paying extra for upgrade but not extra 4k for the room as I can get on line on google cheaper We felt that we were been cheated trying to rip us off even though the lady reseptionist was applogetic and freindly about it it still made us feel uncomfortable Anyway after all that we had a lovely stay and masarap breakfast we thank you But I Don't know if we would go back here again maybe not ☹️

Been here for my bestfriend’s wedding. The check-in period takes us around 2 hours to be in our room. The air-condition of some of their rooms were not functional hence we were transferred to another room. The keycards suddenly malfunctioned and we waited for around 1 hour to go inside the room to fix ourselves and we were late to the ceremony. No open air-con on the common area on the east side. They were unapologetic. Lack of manpower on the wedding reception area, the wedding coordinators were the one fixed the tables and chairs. My brother saw a caterpillar on the food they served during the reception ceremony. This hotel is the worst.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep every night.

Great clean modern rooms. Modern bathrooms. Friendly staff. Probably one of the best deals for no frills accommodation in Angeles. The breakfast buffet could use more options, but there is also plenty of food close by.

Staff are always pleasant and accomodating (Irish and MJ) even when there are lots of customers at the desk. Rooms are well maintained and food are always good. They offer a variety of spread for their breakfast buffet all the time. We always enjoy their infinity pool.

Attended a conference here but did not check-in (I can only review the conference room). It was able to accomodate us (120+) participants. The food served was satisfying. Wished they hired more wait staff for the event so that service can be more efficient but I appreciate the work of those present. The hotel itself is located in the Saver's Mall. There are parking spaces at the back of the hotel (not covered) which is free of charge. The security at the Saver's Mall were very helpful. The staff at the lobby were very friendly. I found that the housekeeping in charge of the restrooms was not available. The used tissue in the trash bins were overflowing. There was a time when there were no available tissues, that I had to request the guard to radio the housekeeping. I hope the service for in-house guests is better.

Very modern hotel, great people assisting you at all times, the room is very modern and clean, lovely swimming pool, 4 great restaurants including a pool-side bar (special thanks to Billy and Karen for being amazing people and superb bartenders)
