This place is awesome! From the king bed room to the plentiful, helpfully and friendly staff to the daily maintained pool and quiet. For me, this is THE place to stay in Acapulco. If you enjoy dinning there are loads of great restaurants within easy and safe walking distance.

The staff is amazing. We felt so welcome there. The pool is clean and there is a bar there to serve you beverages or snacks. Our room was comfortable and we were given clean towels daily. The breakfast was excellent. We couldn't eat it all. It is easy to walk to the main avenue or the beach. Bus service is available cheap. There are many restaurants in the area to choose from.

Beyond outstanding. Rooms are perfect, the pool is perfect, has night security, car can be securely parked on the grounds, not on the beach, restaurant is ok-- not upscale but ok food, room AC is great. Located 3 blocks from the old aculpulco strip. Definitely a family place. Highly recommend.

While not right on the beach, it is only a 5 minute walk away. The price of a room is very cheap, and the rooms are well equipped with strong wifi, comfortable beds and large desks. It also has a great pool. For more info visit MotorcyclingMexico.com

I really enjoyed this wonderful hotel! It was so calm, relaxing and the service was so wonderful, everybody were so kind to us... Perfect to go with family or friends. The food's restaurant is delicious.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are spacious and well ventilated. My reservation came with breakfast included and the staff of the restaurant were extra nice and attentive. There is also a pool which was great.

No sound control on tv, air is either on or off, can't adjust, no fridge or Ice machine but room is nice. Our room was directly across from bar which played loud music til 9 pm. Restaurant pricey. Room itself and hotel very nice and clean.

Very clean, they literal wash floors with soap and water daily, both pool and room floors (they’ve asked us if we wanted full cleaning to include room floors washed with soap and water. Second time I stay here. 1st stayed in a king size room, bed was extremely comfy, 2nd time with two queen beds, this size bed was not so comfortable. Towels could be renewed. You need to ask for hand drying and floor towels cuz they won’t leave the complete set in your room. They don’t include pool towels, you must use your shower towels and then have them exchanged, bothersome. They’ll only give you one key and you must leave deposit for 2nd key (weird) . 2nd time around AC didn’t cool to 68 degrees, would cool lower than low 80s-high 70s. Pool closes very early and they kick you out at 9pm (or 8pm?). Pool surround music very random genres , they play some fun songs and then some really awful Mexican banda. Ew. Overall, it’s quiet, clean, lovely, nice family atmosphere, safe and good place to rest. Internet was poor this 2nd time around, my daughter couldn’t do her school work nor attend her live class (she’s got University school year round, so wherever we go, computers must come with us).

Second time coming here and as usual, the staff are friendly, the service is amazing, the rooms are clean, it's a great price and it's in a nice area... Highly recommend!

Very pleasantly surprised. Rooms were very clean, orderly, comfortable with AC and TV. The grounds were very well kept and lovely. Beautiful pool, nice outdoor and indoor restaurants. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel.

I'm not so sure how to review this hotel, the staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming, I mean: I have never ever in Mexico been welcomed by the bar-tender from the pool bar with a refreshing drink after arriving. But also checkin was superb, and other staaf the same, service with a smile and very accommodating. The rooms are as publishes int he photo's, but I guess my doubt is in the details. The beds are very soft, the pillows very thick, and they all have that protected cover that makes so much noise when you are in the bed, and it does not breath so sleeping is a hot experience. We lacked hot water for 2 days, it was only in the weekend, when the hotel was fully booked the hot water came on. weird. And than the rooms, they feel very damp and humid even, when U saw how they "Clean" i understood why. The cleaning ladies put all your stuff on top of a table, or move everything int he closet, so the room is free, than they throw a bucket of water through the room and brush it out and wipe it with a cloth or a mob. When you return to your room there is water in every corner, along the walls and between the tiles. this probably makes the damp feel in the rooms. And the fact they throw all your stuff on a table, I mean everything, even your toothbrush is there and your hair brush and they don't look where or what, so my toothbrush was next to my shoes........yuck....... When I am in your hotel, do not touch my stuff like that! That you lift it to clean underneath, okay, but don't move it around, I saw rooms with doors open while they walked away to get things or talk to each other, leaving guests properties unattended. So my feel about this hotel is mixed, it is a nice place, parking near or next to your room, good breakfast (if you are lucky, for the last day the scambled eggs were horrible) but overaal a good hotel, just some minor details, like gray, old torn sheets and towels, things like that. it was the friendly staff that made our stay a very nice stay. Good internet by the way, but they won't let you download anything. The price changes on the board in the reception area are amazing, some days you can stay for 1000 pesos less......in the weekends it is insanely expensive, like 2450 per night for a simple room.

WARNING- SECURITY ALERT- DO NOT STAY HERE- We spent 2 out of 4 nights at the hotel costa azul. On the third night we received a phone call from a suspicious man using the hotel number and addressing us by name and room number. He asked what time we will be back as they wanted to clean the adjacent room at 11pm at night. Suspicious, We immediately rang back the hotel and a woman at the desk confirmed the call did not come from reception. We decided for our own safety not to stay in the hotel. The man had all the details of the Booking including the full name and phone personal number. The following day we returned to the hotel to recover a refund, however the only staff member at reception argued with us for up to 30 mins before finally reaching for the phone to speak with the manager. We then had to wait an agonizing hour in the blistering heat with only one glass of water offered between four of us. When the manager arrived, she sat us in a restaurant in front of all the other guests, and with a team of 3 argued the details about the situation for almost an hour before refunding only the final night. The manager claimed that it had nothing to do with the hotel, however there is no other explanation as to how our details were released. The main concern is security. The hotel will share your contact details with just about anyone that walks off the street, leaving you at the mercy of the gangs that are notorious in a Acapulco. KEEP FAR AWAY. The approach from management in Relation to decision making is also very poor we found. Many other fantastic hotels to stay.
