Just a heads up due to its location being next to the US consulate it's very busy here and limited seats. The staff are always running and don't really show interest in their customers they're there to complete the order and at the end are the check. The food was normal nothing to wow and the omelet was the only thing that wasn't good. This is basically the same as if you went to Denny's in the US.

I ordered waffles and bacon and they were cold ( it took a while to get my food) I asked the waitress to warm up or replace it . so they just threw my plate in the microwave so I got saggy hot and hard to chew waffles and burnt bacon. I ate but was terrible. in their defense I have to say they are understaff but still thats not a excuse for cold food

The dining room is not open 24 hours and obviously whoever is the manager and drives the company car is not too smart as they take the premium customer parking to park their company car. Apparently they have no idea what the term hospitality means, granted it's Denny's so you can't expect much but this can't even meet the low bar set by Denny's

I ordered chicken fried steak and pancakes with strawberries and bananas. The food was 5 out of 5 stars. Better than the Dennys I've eaten at in Arizona, Texas or New Mexico. I was very surprised. Just delicious.

Really bad service from the start. Have no logistics, they are under staff. Dont understand why on a Saturday morning. It took 50 min to get eggs. There's guests getting up to get their own coffee!, unbelievable!! i don't think it's a employees problem, bad management

Good food, very clean. Overcrowded though!! Probably because it's next to the US Consulate.. Staff tried their best but there is just too many people. If you come here be prepared to wait a minimum of 30 minutes! I was here at 11am.. its much busier in the morning.

I enjoy their breakfast. It’s always good to have a nice meal to start a day.

Updated Jan 2023. Still one of my favorites. Prices have gone up over the years but the portions continue to be huge👍. Not like at other places where they reduce the portions and up the prices.. My current favorite is the slow pot roasted beef sandwiches. Very generous portion of meat and a mountain of fries😍 One thing I dislike is that the product they use to clean the tables and floor has a very strong odor. It is not pleasant to eat while you smelling the cleaning product.

It was great, they now have a Vegetarian burger.

A quick tasty dinner close to the hotel. Reasonable prices. Friendly service. Bottled beer only (minus one star). I recommend.

Was here for breakfast with wife and son. Waiter service was fast and efficient. As usual, food was great and was served large portions . Food was reasonably priced with a lot options and combinations available . Highly recommend this place.

tonigh I got the double cheese burger, always I ask it. It is prepared with delicius fresh mealt. If I want eat a burger, I prefer to come to Denny’s instead to other fast food chain, the waiters services have been great during my visits.

On top of other things I ordered some waffles and they had way too much sugar mixed into the batter eveything else was delicious.

Open 24 hrs which is very convenient. Ate after a long day and the food was great, no complaints here. Very clean, fast and friends

It's been a hit or miss on food, my waffles had literal sugar crystals in them, A LOT of sugar, have never had them like that, and am 100% sure that's not how waffles are made, I've made them at home and never made them with tons of sugar in them. Everything else though, the salsa, the eggs, bacon, the service ALL wonderful very kind and polite:)

The place was nice and comfy, the waiter confused some orders but everything was delicious and fast.

I was really surprised with the quality of the dishes, everything was tasty and delicious, eggs over medium perfectly cooked, cinnamon roll pancakes amazing, and very good coffee. Friendly service.

Food was good, and although it took a while to be helped, customer service was great.One of my chicken steak was a little over salted, but the veggies and mashed potatoes were good. My wife had some pancakes and grand slam breakfast she said it was great.

Went her for lunch 5/27/17 and had a great experience. Was greeted and sat promptly. waitstaff was very attentive. Had nacho supreme appetizer (pictured) and requested extra chili (original serving seemed lite) waitress brought us more. it was delicious as well as the Chicken avocado Cesar I had and the chicken sandwich my companion had. Had Coffee as well will be back later for desert.. :-)

Supposed to be open at 7am as a breakfast place, but here we are still waiting for them to open. Taking care of breakfast for early risers is not of big importance here. Still waiting.....

Everything is good but the waiting time for a table and to be served. You may lose 2 hours before You can eat.

Great quality and flavor on the food plus excellent service. Definitly recommended.

the place was full so it had a waiting list of about 30 min. It took some time for the food to come but it was really good actually. I would totally recommend it on a week day

Took my family for a all american breakfast. They loved it.

Dennys it's a great restaurant if you have the money, my favorite dish is the lumberjack slamp, but it's a bit expensive, so I enjoy this meal every 1 or 2 months, also their lunches and dinners are great.

The food was delicious!! But there was a really long wait. I put my name and number down and waited a little further away because there were so many people waiting around the door. After close to an hour of waiting I went to ask how much longer and they told me they had skipped me because I wasn't waiting right by the door. It annoyed me because why did they ask for a number if they didn't bother calling. Once we were inside the waitress was friendly and prompt with taking the order and bringing our food. Like I said the food was amazing, it was just annoying go get in.

Good service at this Denny’s in Ciudad Juarez. Only had to wait between 10-15 minutes. The waitress was very attentive and kind. This will probably be the last time here.

This restaurant is supposed to be 24/7 and is posted on the doors as well. This very large man kicked us out rudely from here. Don’t listen to 24/7 sign because clearly they like to close early and dismiss of people whenever they want.
