AMAZING! The food is incredible. The staff is INCREDIBLE. The service is OUTSTANDING. I’m from new york and none of the kosher restaurants there are as good as Ember. If you’ve been to any kosher restaurant in New York you’d know they lack good service. The Ember has some of the best service I’ve come across. Pedro is the best! Try the ember tacos, schnitzel and churros!

Food was good, I would rate 8.5, Service is amazing! The AC was not working that good, not hot, but was not cooling anough, Other than that, great experience!

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Cancun. Came here 2 nights in a row. Tex max appetizer was very good and pasta was pleasant. Schnitzel had a great crunch to it. Waitstaff are very attentive. Pedro was our waiter and was great!

OBSERVATIONS: Amazing 5 star restaurant. Food was delicious and could feel it was made by a top chef. Staff & waiters are super friendly and look after you like a king 🤴. Shout out for Raphael who served us wholeheartedly. Hopefully will be back 1 day! It's not cheap but as the saying goes " you get what you pay for" ADVICE: Don't hesitate and go for it, you will end up licking your plate off.

This place is just WOW, great service and awesome food, we ate there quite a few times during our stay and we also ate there shabbos, Raul is a great honest person/waiter to deal with, he will make sure to take good care of you!

This restaurant is unbelievable!! Ember is amazing! While in Cancun the experience is exhilarating and the best part is you have a kosher high line restaurant within a 1 min walk from the hotel to just put the day to rest. Food so good we came here every night! Thank you to our waiters Raul , Charlie and Head chef Adan by making Ember a great place!!

The food has definitely improved since my last time here. Everything I ordered was flavorful and big portions. However, the service is a bit lacking. The waiters were a bit inattentive and the main dish took far too long to come. To get to the restroom, you have to walk across the complex which is very odd, considering that they have a restroom in the restaurant but that’s used for employees. But overall, a pretty decent experience.

It's a beautiful restaurant and very nice to sit in and the servers were very nice. Unfortunately the food was not so great. We ordered the steak wellington and the dough is under cooking the center of the meat was raw and cold. We ordered that steak Wellington medium well cuz I knew that this would usually be a hard dish to get right. We order tacos and we didn't even finish them. They tasted really bland. We also ordered some other main courses as well as appetizers but honestly almost everything went uneaten as it really wasn't that great. The spring roll was ok. We ate that.

Raul was an awesome waiter! He was so helpful and patient and kind! The food was delicious and super fresh. The portions were very big and the ambiance was so nice and comfortable. We highly recommend!

This place was amazing. The service was phenomenal, our waiter Raoul was an absolute gem. We came to celebrate our anniversary and he really made us feel special. Took pictures, gave us complimentary drinks and even made special sauces for our steak. Thank you for an amazing time. We will be back!

Everything was really amazing, and very affordable. Food was absolutely delicious, and the waiters were very kind and helpful. I will definitely, without a doubt, come here again next time I’m in Cancun. This place is highly recommended, whether you eat kosher or not.

The place is really decent and The food was good (for outside of the US…) (I didn’t take a steak cuz to many people complaining about beef in Mexico so I took a burger because it’s ground so I thought it’s gonna be better and it was still a bit hard..)

We had the most amazing time! We went 2 nights because the food and service were so good. I only eat gluten free and the waiter went above and beyond to ensure all that I ordered was gluten free. The sauce to what I ordered had gluten, so he went to get me a gluten free sauce - totally above and beyond. Service was amazing, we didn't have to wait to ask for anything, food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back here the next time we are in Cancun!!

We had Carlos as our waiter. He was truly the most amazing person and was very quick to ask if we needed anything. He brought our food in a timely manner and in order from appetizers to dessert. The food was absolutely fabulous! Anyone in Cancun, I truly recommend this place!! Carlos is the man! 10/10 food abs service.

Inedible food and extremely overpriced. Steak tasted like rubber and was completely chewy, couldn't even cut into most of it. Not fit for human consumption, would not feed this to my dog. Felt cheated when the bill arrived. At least the service was good, J Carlos was a very good waiter, helpful and attentive. Would not return simply on the basis of the food.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The restaurant was beautiful and all the sisters were kind and caring! I think it was Carlos who helped us and he really did amazing!! I highly recommend !

When me and my family first came, our seats were not ready. ( We had a reservation with 3 hours notice). As soon as I sat down I saw that the plates and silverware were dirty and I didn’t have a fork. When we ordered there was a 30 minute wait and the food was pure mediocrity. There was no official bathroom for the restaurant there was a bathroom in the back of the restaurant but it was an empty mall. Right next to me a waiter dropped a glass of dips. The food was awful, there was small portions, and it was extremely overpriced. I strongly don’t recommend eating here.

Very good food options and was a pleasure dealing with our server Carlos. He had alot of patience helping us choose the best menu. We come here often and we will definitely come back here again
