Simply exquisite on all fronts from atmosphere to service to food. The restaurant is massive, with an extremely romantic atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and attentive and all of the dishes we tried were excellent. I highly recommend coming during sunset as we came later and missed it.

My wife and I had dinner on our honeymoon at this restaurant. We had a great time and the food was excellent. The service is incredible, but one of the most outstanding things about this restaurant is the view, especially at sunset. There are multi levels to this restaurant and many Instagram worthy places to take photos. Highly recommend the catch of the day, which in our case was lobster, and I also highly recommend taking the one you love here for a romantic occasion.

This is one of the most amazing restaurants I’ve ever been to.... My partner surprised me with a beautiful dinner here for my birthday (make sure to set your reservation so you can catch the sunset it is breathtaking) The service was OUTSTANDING, we had a personal waiter for our table and was on top of everything we truly did not need to ask for anything as they were prepared. The FOOD was some of the tastiest and flavor bursting food that surrounds Mexican culture but with an elevated touch. I still dream of the mole, the lobster, and the steak with a blue cheese reduction..... They even have areas throughout the property to take beautiful pictures with lovely views They went above and beyond to create such an amazing experience and one that I will never forget!! ❤️🥰🌹

We had an unforgettable anniversary dinner here last night! The breathtaking view, above and beyond service from Alejandro and Eric and fabulous food made it one of the most memorable meals we have had. They paid attention to every detail including a complimentary appetizer from the chef, a selection of fruit and cucumbers for our water, allowing time to walk through the gardens before dessert and a beautiful anniversary dessert. The food was full of flavor and presented beautifully. We will definitely return again.

New server needs to go back into training the experience was ruined simply by lack of training. Rest could have been better. Steak was awesome, oysters supposedly grilled still raw sent em back. My blackened salmon was perfect but veggies too greasy. Needed a few raw to balance plate. A bread stick would have been nice gesture. Masks from outdoor to table ridiculous. Great wines and water choices up to standard. Something off ...loads area available but crowded people together. Awesome view location best in world and reception. Decor is so beautiful. Candles in ladies room and throughout so inviting. A short 10 min drive outside Mismaloya. Thankyou for a pleasant evening. Well trained UNMASKED staff always is the secret sauce.

Le Kliff is certainly an experience. I'd recommend it just for the views. The food is fine; nothing mind blowing, but it's good food. The views make the trip all worth it though.

I've been here twice. The first was great, the second was horrible. Service took forever, ordered a meal to spilt only to find out later that they brought out two meals that we found out we paid for. A couple eating with us was charged twice. We tried it friend lobster and it was severely over cooked mush. Great atmosphere but not great enough to be over charge for poor quality food.

Went to Le Kliff for lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary after a recommendation from a friend. Le Kliff did not disappoint. First, the location is absolutely breathtaking! Second, the music played was great. The service was phenomenal! Alex(waiter), Luis(bartender) and Ramon(waiter) took special care of us. They made sure the food and drinks were to our liking. Food was absolutely delicious! They surprised us with great dessert and a ballon. Thank you for taking such care of us. You made our day even more special.

By far the best spot for a delicious dinner while watching the sunset. The restaurant has multiple levels allowing for almost every table to have a great view. Nice selection of cocktails - the margaritas were my favorite. We had the mahi mahi and surf & turf - both meals were generous in size and cooked perfectly. The servers were very attentive and knowledgeable. After appetizers, we explored the various levels of the restaurant with our drinks, able to take some great pictures. Highly recommend!

One of the most unique restaurant environments I've seen. Built right on a cliff, with stairs that go all the way down to the ocean. Service and food were fantastic. Worth the trek out of town for this place. The drive is gorgeous and they even help get you a taxi back.

I had an extraordinary dining experience at Le Kliff in Vallarta, where Alfredo and Emiliano provided impeccable service. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality elevated the evening. The steak and lobster were simply divine, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. What sets Le Kliff apart is its breathtaking beachfront view, making it the best spot in Vallarta to enjoy a meal while taking in the stunning surroundings. A must-visit for those seeking not only exceptional cuisine but also an unforgettable atmosphere.

Beautiful open-air restaurant with terrific sunset views. We ate there for our wedding anniversary. Food gets mixed reviews from us: appetizers: duck tacos : delicious but there was literally only one small taco. We were really hungry so I am glad that wasn’t the only appetizer we ordered. crab cream soup: super delicious and piping hot. And plenty of soup. Bread for the table: delicious and not stingy. Included butter. they tried to take the bread away too early… before dinner. We didn’t let them. Drinks: we had a mango margarita and a hibiscus margarita. Both delicious. these two drinks were $25 US dollars a piece! Wow. That didn’t stop us from ordering them though. anniversary thing. Main course: I had the catch of the day, mahi-mahi, which is served with a pistachio crust with mashed potato and asparagus and a delicious cream sauce… mango flavored sauce I think. very very very delicious. Highly recommend catch of the day! My husband had the sea bass, and he asked the waiter if it could be prepared the same way as the mahi-mahi, but they said they couldn’t do that. The presentation and preparation of sea bass seemed boring and it was kind of dry … not deliciously oily like sea bass usually is. Dessert: we asked about sorbet (not on menu). We got mango sorbet which was fairly melty but good otherwise. They also gave us a free delicious chocolate dessert for our anniversary and a heart-shaped mylar balloon! Nice. Service: it was an unexpected 5 long minutes before we got water or menus. I wonder why they don’t seat you with a menu? And they forgot our cappuccino order after dinner and apologized that it took so long. But they did have a cab waiting for us to go back to our hotel. Appreciate that! Transportation: uber took us to the restaurant from the marina area… about 430 pesos in Friday rush hour 6pm traffic. Uber will take you there but won’t pick you up from there. So the hostess had a cab waiting for us. Cab back was 400 pesos not during rush hour. We were surprised that the cab was less expensive. And luckily we had cash with us for the cab!! It took an hour to Uber from the Westin marina to Le Kliff in rush hour traffic. We expected it to be expensive and it was. We spent $230 US dollars for dinner and drinks for two people. Plus uber and cab. Would we go back? Yes, but now we know not to order the sea bass or the very small duck taco appetizer.

We stopped by for a quick lunch and drink after the Botanical Gardens. We're glad they accommodated. Service is top notch. The food took a little too long, especially since we were the only ones there. The view is spectacular!

A must go to for a special occasion! Recommend attending dinner for a sunset experience, get there a bit early to enjoy the views before the sun goes down. Service was top notch, food was prepared well and served at good temperature. Prices are a bit steep but well worth the spend especially if you're looking to impress.

We really had a great experience at Le Kliff - nearly perfect! It is a little bit of a drive outside town, but if you’ve been to Mislamoya or Boca de Tomatlan you know the drive. The food and drinks were excellent; the views are amazing; great service; yes - it is pricey. The ONLY downside to the evening was having to fight off the Coati all evening. Though they are cute, they are relentless. One managed to snatch a good portion of my ribeye right off my plate! If we had not had to keep swatting our napkins at these critters all night, the evening would have been perfect. But what an amazing place!

Le Kliff was an exceptional dining experience. The views were incredible, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. Don't let the drive from the downtown PV area keep you away. It is definitely worth it.

My fiancé took me here and I was impressed. It's literally hanging over the ocean, you can choose covered or uncovered. The drinks are really good, the food was amazing and the service impeccable. I ordered a steak over a type of cheesy potatoes, the steak was cooked perfectly and the cheese and sauce on top of the steak was a perfect pairing. The only critique I'd have is I did arrive to dinner pretty hungry. They gave us a mouthwatering appetizer that was like a condensed potato crisp with a spicey guacamole sauce on top, but they were two tiny pieces. For these prices I guess I was expecting at least bread or a little something with substance, by the time the food came out I was practically ready to eat the table cloth. All in all though, a stellar dining experience

Le Kliff is a wonderful restaurant for a special occasion, and Date night. A bit pricey, but worth it. About a half hour from puerto vallarta I made a reservation for a half hour before sunset. The concierge was very professional. Asked us if we had any allergies, or dietary restrictions, showed us around the restaurant, introduced us to our waiter, and really took the time to make us feel special. We were given a table that would ensure a spectacular view of the sunset. We had not one but two waiters, a senior, and junior making sure we were thoroughly taken care of. We ordered drinks, and appetizers, my wife had the red berries salad, and I had the duck taco with mole sauce. While we waited for our appetizers we were entertained by the local wildlife. Birds at sea and even a few humpback whales made an appearance very close to the shore. The appetizers did not disappoint. My wife really enjoyed her salad. The duck taco was tender, the mole sauce had a wonderful sweet tang that complimented the duck well. For the main course my wife had the beef steak with rustic mashed potatoes, and I had the oven roasted leg of lamb. The beef steak came out on a rock slab rather than a traditional plate. Very creativity presented, perfectly cooked and well seasoned. The lamb was tender and came with in house made sauce that was not overbearing. We sampled each others dish, and both were delicious. For dessert I had the cream brulee, my wife the chocolate lava cake. The cream brulee was prepared on what I believe was a banana leaf, it had a fruity mango flavor that was quite good, and was accompanied with fresh sorbet. The chocolate lava cake was light with a delicious chocolate cream in the center, accompanied with homemade ice cream. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I can't think of anywhere they could make improvements at this restaurant. They have really outdone themselves. We will surely return when we come back to Puerto Vallarta.

Great location with amazing views, food was great, bit overpriced for what you get but I guess you are paying for the location and ambience. Definitely would come back.

Fantastic sunset view with great food and drink options. Excellent service that politely accommodated a peanut allergy (there is an appetizer that has peanuts as an fyi!) The restaurant is well worth the taxi ride in from Puerto Vallarta, and the hostess will even call a return taxi for you. There is a lot of estate to explore and take pictures during/after your meal!

Probably the best dining experience I've had. No exaggeration. Great food. Amazing view. Great price. If you do nothing else in Puerto Vallarta, have dinner at sunset here.

My wife and I had dinner here in December 2021 and agree it was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. The view and atmosphere is unbeatable, food is delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced. The staff, especially our waiter Luis, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to any couple visiting Puerto Vallarta.

Fantastic place to enjoy the peace and beauty of PV. Food and service was amazing. We celebrated an anniversary and had a wonderful evening. Steak was cooked perfectly and served on a hot piece of slate. The catch of the day mahi mahi was moist and delicious. The flan was the best I've ever had.

Service was not great from the host at check in for our reservation for 6 throughout the experience. We were given a menu to start that consisted of beverages only available with Casa Azul Tequila (this is a sipping tequila not a mix tequila) we asked for one of the drinks but with a mixing tequila and we're told that they only sever specialty drinks on the menu with Casa Azul hmmm. We ordered "regular" drinks and then the waiter that took our order was no longer our waiter and another guy showed up to get our food order? He explained a couple of specials and then left for awhile, then came to get our order, I ordered the short ribs (limited menu options) he said we don't have those ( not mentioned when going over specials and before leaving for awhile) I went to plan B quickly..the door came and appetizers were good then main course, we saw food on a tray and thought is was for another table as it sat there for a few minutes, it was ours and of course 5 of the 6 meals were like warm, most had a steak so like warm not ideal. My shrimp was also warm but pretty good. This is a pretty expensive restaurant and not at all with the cost! The views however are spectacular....
