The place it's pretty, their customer service is just okay. I ordered a sandwich and a smoothie, didn't like that they do not provide napkins.

Unfortunately, this is not real tea--only sugar powder. There are more than twenty "flavors," but it is impossible to order one without sugar because the mixes are powdered sugar and not actual tea. If you want real bubble tea like they serve in Asia, go to Gong Cha. If you like sugar powder, drink here.

The food is really good: The drinks are on point. great flavor and the glasses are a really nice plus. About he food: won't say is the best burger I have ever tried, but honestly it is fairly good! I didn't expect the ingredients to taste as good combined. Really good experience, must try (note: be aware that the burger is a bit bigger than your usual burger)

I was at bubble pop plaza tapatia. It took 25 min to prepare an espresso and a brown sugar drink. 6 employees working on drinks for 4 customers. Prices were not indicated.

Amazing (super tasty) drinks and nice service . The place has poor ventilation and and it's presentation isn't the best, a little neglected. Also the menu isn't clear.

Delicious and tasty, the waffles are my favorites and the way they prepared the tea is great. Isn't a cheap place but is worthy. The only bad point is the bathroom, it was dirty

The “Summer” and “Fresh” tea based drinks are my favorite. The employees are also friendly. It’s my go to place for a refreshing drink.

Great chill spot and great selection of bubble tea to choose from! Highly recommend if you are in the mood for some tea, milk teas and or frappes.

'Asked' to leave since not ordering. No other customers present, a cat playing with my purse, loud music. Just me, my daughter. Visited several times before, spending time & pesos) never received this poor hateful treatment. No signs posted. Employees laughed, made negative gestures. Horrible.
