The best and good thing about SM Malls is how they maintain and improve the architecture of their malls, from the original rectangular shape, to buildings with different towers and rooftop gardens which is what I would like to see to this Mall in the future. One of the highlights in this Mall is their Sky Ranch with a Ferris Wheel which was named the “Eye of Pampanga”. unfortunately, it was not operational the time we visited due to pandemic. Another thing is what I always notice in every SM Malls that I have been to, which is the cleanliness. despite of being one of the big malls, they still manage to keep it clean which is good.

Big area for parking space... Good news it's free💪 large mall from end to end has almost all the store available. Has a mini amusement park outside.

There are two SM malls in San Fernando. One is located at the town center. This bigger mall is located near NLEX Tollway and is considered one of the biggest regional malls in Central Luzon.

If you're looking for a top-notch shopping destination in San Fernando, look no further than SM City Pampanga - the longest SM Supermalls! This mall holds a special place in my heart, as it was my childhood go-to mall before the establishment of SM City Clark in 2006. Even after all these years, SM City Pampanga has not lost its charm and still offers a wide variety of tenants and amusement park for visitors of all ages. However, if I had to choose between SM City Clark and SM City Pampanga, I would opt for the former since I am not fond of narrow hallways. I appreciate that the mall management consistently renovates the mall and strives to improve its services, which is evident in the mall's upgraded look. Nevertheless, I wish that SM City Pampanga had more comfort rooms to better cater to its busy foot traffic. Overall, I highly recommend SM City Pampanga as your top choice in San Fernando for an enjoyable shopping experience. Don't miss out on the fun and excitement that this mall has to offer!

My First time in SM Pampanga was abit fun. Its like a long Street of food stalls, shops, amenitities and more.. you can enjoy the whole day of either watching the cinema, go to the spa,, eat on a buffet and even have some of the government services such as POEA, OWWA, PagIbig etc.. my only concerned was because the long hallway from east to west wing was so far, definitely recommended to have a golf cart for Seniors And pwds inside the mall.

The way we took ride from Cubao Quezon City Metro Manila to SM Pampanga during holy week is so affect by long traffic 😐😐😐.We take our line at 6:00am then the North and south Luzon Bus Arrive at 7:30 am we depart at 8:00 am we arrived in SM Pampanga at 1:32 pm atleast 6hours and 32 minutes on the highway. After we arrive at Bus Terminal of North and South Bound Bus in Robinsons we took a 1.3 km to reach SM pampanga then I took a selfie for the first place first time I visit the mall. The humidity is hot it's wide and no tallest buildings or skycrapers. But then I enjoyed My uncle from San Juan Mexico Pampanga Take us A ride In a motorcycle with my father and it's so nice and safe thank you Lord for a safe visit . That's only a pics I had captured there's no more time to take a pic more may be next time 😊.

I think this is the longest mall I've ever been to. I travel world wide and this is the first time I have experienced walking from east to west entrance and it's very long. I thought it never ended. I'm not sure if this mall is in the Guinness book of record as the Longest Mall. Only in the Philippines. People love to go to the mall with friends and family. See it for yourself. The Sky Ranch SM City Pampanga is better than the one at SM Mall of Asia. We just stopped by on the way to Northern Luzon through NLEX and it's worth stopping by. Kudos to SM City Pampanga management, great job! I will definitely come back if time permits.

For Family and Kids, Good Job SM City and Skyranch Pampanga Team 👍 All the amusement centers, the Toy store section, and the activity area of the kids are all besides each other, with skyranch at the outdoor only it was almost perfect combination for the kids. If you can have all those nearby food stalls near the exit maybe indoors or outdoors, a perfect getaway experience for family with kids. Again, wonderful experience here. ☺️👏👍🎉

We took the time to stroll around the mall, and I think it had a lot of improvements since our last visit in 2016. It's more spacious now and a lot of new restaurants and stores than before.

This is almost a kilometer long stretch mall unlike the other malls in the metro that is why it not confusing to go around. They have it all from food, leisure and posh shops. And the parking is free.

Expect a lot of walking and unorganized structure. You'll easily get lost and information personnel are not 100% reliable. Staff are slow moving they are wasting a lot of visitors' time. But overall the place is great.

  • 4/5 D L. 3 years ago on Google
Why go to Manila if your needs are available here. But one thing I noticed. The Cyber area are like Tiangge, "Boss dito" "ano hanap nila" haha. And some other staff are clapping hands to catch attention.

If you want to exercise this is the longest SM to visit. You can buy anything. Still need to fix problem when raining on some areas in the department store. Only 4 to make room for improvements.

You'll get tired walking in here. The place is crowded sometimes but if you are here to shop for your apparels and unedible stuffs this is a good place. Their supermarket though is nasty. Carts don't have moving wheels and some of their grocery items are either dusty, expired, crumpled or dirty. I hope they can improve this

Visiting the longest mall in the Philippines means you're feet are gonna hurt. So it takes a knowledge of the layout of the stores to carefully plan your shopping. Pros: They have everything. Lots of options and variety when it comes to shops, food choices, services. They have a central terminal where jeeps going all over Pampanga are available. Busses also stop over to pick & drop. Cons: Traffic during rush hour & good luck trying to find parking during weekends. I remember deeply regretting going here on Christmas day. It was literally packed. You will walk involuntarily because the crowd will carry you. lol. But go here on a regular day and you should be good. Trivia: Half of the mall is in San Fernando. The other half is in Mexico. Different rules apply. San Fernando has an ordinance banning plastic. So half of the mall uses paper bags for packaging. When San Fernando was in lock down, the Mexico half was still in operation. :)

SM Pampanga is still a go to place. Still have heaps of stores to visit and you can get everything needed from A to Z. However, if there's just one thing I noticed that was not the same as before, the area became a lil bit warm. I realize it could be somehow like cost cutting since Pandemic and very much understandable 😊

It was nice, haven't visited the place in 2 years not after the pandemic struck the country. It was the same as it was 2 years ago with the exception of some establishments being closed down and the long line for the vaccination center. It's still as crowded as ever though...

If you are going there this 2021 holiday season. Better go on foot. The traffic is worse than the worst day in EDSA ever since. 500 meters will need 1 hour or more to travel.

SM City Pampanga is a shopping mall located in San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines. It is one of the largest malls in the region, offering a wide range of shopping, dining, entertainment, and leisure options for visitors. The mall features a variety of local and international stores, a large food court, a cinema complex, and many other amenities. SM City Pampanga is a popular destination for both local residents and tourists, and is known for its spacious layout, modern design, and friendly atmosphere.

  • 1/5 Ross D. 10 months ago on Google
I recently visited SM Pampanga and wanted to share my thoughts about the mall. While I found it to be an okay mall in terms of the variety of stores and overall atmosphere, I must say that it lacks convenience, especially for certain demographics. One major issue I encountered was the lack of user-friendliness, particularly for elderly individuals and young children. The mall design could be improved to better accommodate their needs. For instance, there were only a few comfort rooms available throughout the entire mall, which made it quite inconvenient for those who needed frequent access to them. Additionally, the overall mall design left much to be desired. It felt a bit disorganized and poorly laid out, making it difficult to navigate and find specific stores or sections. This could be improved to enhance the overall shopping experience for visitors. Despite these drawbacks, SM Pampanga still offers a decent selection of stores and a pleasant ambiance. However, if convenience and user-friendliness are top priorities for you, it may be worth considering other options in the area. Please note that this review is based on my personal experience and perspective. Others may have different opinions and preferences.

This mall is majority single story except for the center section which on the second floor has not to many shops. The bottom floor has almost two of everything for fast food restaurants because the mall is pretty long. You'll find what you need just by asking the guards or looking at the map. It's easy to find a commuter jeep to arrive there from Angeles City or a bus to and from Manila. There is some government offices located in the back too.

Big and not many customers. Down side is, security is enthusiastic and too involved. Hard to walk easily and freely. Every shop requires extra checks. We found it too intrusive so cut short the visit. Didnt buy anything. Went to Robinsons Malolos instead. Easier to get round but still aqequate security and distancing whilst not intrusive.

Chaotic and poorly designed mall. Kapampangans only take pride in this because of its record as the longest shopping mall in the country, but there's honestly nothing to be proud of, especially if you experience shopping here, lmao. I mean, come on, was it really necessary to make this mall so long? Imagine you really need to go to the comfort room and you have to walk right to the end of the mall, that's like a 10-minute walk! Wow. Also, the mall's always crowded, even on weekdays. So if you prefer malls with fewer shoppers, I highly recommend to avoid this place and just do your shopping at the nearby mall, Robinsons Starmills. If I'm going to be honest, I will never go to this place again unless my family is invited by my relatives to eat here, but I'm glad we don't have to, thanks to our SM mall in our province which is less crowded and very spacious. 2 stars.
