i enjoyed my stay here. the location is good, convenient next to a mall with a walmart grocery store in it, gnc, and nice restaurants. i stayed in the suite. it was nice to have a balcony. it's in a nice, safe area. the bed and sheets were comfy. i might enquire where they got them. like most buildings in mexico city, the drains in the bathroom can smell a little funky, especially after it rains a lot, but there's not too much one can do about that. maybe they could provide febreeze or something for the bathroom.

Nice hotel, rooms very clean with everything you may need such a kitchen, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Elevator sometimes dont work. Location is so good, just 5 minutes away from World Trade Center.

Nice apartments in a central location near the World Trade Centre. The apartments offer bedroom space, a lounge and kitchen. The place was recently refurbished and in a good clean state.

Great place. There is a huge problem with the water though. You can't really control the temperature so is ether too hot or too cold and it got very annoying . Other than that is great!

I really like this place. Not a luxury hotel, more like having your own place in méxico city with breakfast made at the moment for you.

Apartment was huge and comfortable! Quieter location, away from the hustle and bustle, but closer to the neighbourhoods of locals. Perfect spot really! Walmart inside the complex infront of the accommodation. Cool rooftop spot! Breakfast was a little underwhelming, could be better.. but otherwise it's a lovely place.

DO NOT USE THEIR TOWELS The hotel provides you with avocado hand soap that's brown/green in color and then claims you stained their towels so they can charge you $20 per towel. I used a hand towel they claimed was washed and the stains did not come out. I asked them to give me the towel since they charged $18 for a hand towel. IT STILL HAD THE AVOCADO HAND SOAP ON IT! Then they changed their story from "we washed it and the stain didn't come out" to "we put part of it in water and the stain didn't come out." DO NOT USE THEIR TOWELS! I told them to wash the towel before charging me and literally in front of my face lied and said they did. I couldn't believe my ears. I again asked why the avocado hand soap is still on the towel and they changed their story and said, "It must have been hand washed." DO NOT USE THEIR TOWELS!!!! AND IF YOU DO, MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT LEAVE ANY MARKS, NOT EVEN WITH THEIR BROW/GREEN AVOCADO HAND SOAP BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE FOR IT! $20 FOR A HAND TOWEL!!!!!!!!

Flow Suites WTC was a pleasant surprise! Super spacious accommodations. It was like an apartment and we were only expecting a room with double beds. The units were very clean with kind and helpful staff. Thumbs up to housekeeping who always gets overlooked - make sure you tip them because their work is of great value. Flow Suites has an awesome, colorful rooftop with continental breakfast. They are also located close to excellent eateries and shopping like Walmart for those needing to purchase essentials, snacks, or water. Best of all the price is excellent! I would definitely definitely stay here again my experience was top- notch.

The location and services were great, near to very good restaurants, easy access in and out. The breakfast was not to the standard of the hotel it was just PBJ and OJ but there were several alternatives outside the hotel a walking distance, the single beds were almost children side.
