This mall fits to my senior parents and my kids. I felt that it is safer for them to be here than in crowded SM clark. It is very friendly to seniors. It is so spacious, not crowded of shoppers. Less of choices but the best of the brands and shops are also here.

The guard at the entrance has a bad attitude and uses bad language. Even if we say hello, they ignore us. And they are chatting happily. Are security guards great people? They are devaluing SM Mall. I'm too angry, so I'm posting a picture of the bad attitude security guard. I will not go to this SM mall.

Good place for shopping..not quite busy compared to other branches.

The nearest mall to me. Small but has all my essentials. Short queues inside the supermarket wc I like. Try Swirls, their softies are surprisingly thick and creamy...

Neat and clean Huge parking Not so many people when I arrived at 11am considering its December 2021 surely due to the on going pandemic which is slowly going away hopefully. Nice to visit sm telebastagan. Its cool place to go shopping and food trips.

Nice convenient shopping mall

Wide open walkways. Clean. Lots of restrooms. Nice food court. Lacking the big stores but plenty of small ones.

This mall is pwd friendly, they have ramps and parking intended for them. They complied for the minimum standard of riser and thread for stairs,quite well for the old heads. The floor plan is just simple and compact, the flow of the spaces are not that bad.

With only two floors in current operation (a third floor in standby but with no clear structure as to what the space will be used for) SM City Telabastagan is quite small compared to its other SM City counterparts, but you'll find most of what you need in its supermarket and several boutiques within the mall. Despite the limited choice in shops to choose from, its department store is quite large, though. Most of the shops are restos/cafe, and there is no shortage of food and beverage choices here. Also, the mall is usually not crowded and playplaces are available for kids and pets.

Unlike any other SM Malls., SM Telabastagan still needs a little bit of upgrade to attract more mall goer's.. But I love what they did with at the Center.. It's like a Mini Meeting place for mall goer's to just chill & relax..

Great place for shopping not so busy like other malls especially on weekdays. They have your needs here supermarket,department store,watson, different clothing stores (uniqlo,penshoppe,bench etc) fast food and restaurant, ice creams shops, drinks, coffee shop,cinema,taylor shops as well.Almost everything you need when you go to a mall! Also close to our home 3.9KM away.

I go up to Baguio every year, but I think I'll try the Victory Liner bus next time

One of the few best mall in pampanga very accommodating staff 👌 not too crowded and the restaurant choices are good 👌 especially the gerrys grill

Great place if you live near here which is convenient, but if you do not like loud music that fills the mall almost half of it, kindly visit here in the afternoon after the zumba classes on the 2nd floor near SM Department and SM Appliances. My partner and I had a hard time talking/inquiring to employees nor grabbing a cup of coffee at Coffee bean to have an intimate coffee date, but it was under the floor where the zumba class is being held. Which was annoying since the music is too loud. But if that does not bother you its still a convenient mall, not that big but has something to offer. They have a Supermarket, Food Court, clean restrooms, Cinema, National Bookstore, Watsons, Miniso, Spas, Salons, Buffet, Tollhouse, Starbucks, Banks, BDO/Chinabank ATM

While there be just a few of shops around, I'm good with the presence of Uniqlo and a grocery store. It's incredibly convenient for us, given so close to our subdivision. That's why we often find ourselves here, especially when there's been no home-cooked meal waiting.
