There are two great Baja Brewing locations. There is the rooftop in Cabo San Lucas which is walking distance from the marina and it has magnificent ocean views. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served there. The second location is downtown San Jose Cabo which has the official merchandise store. Also great beers and food service. Very friendly and helpful staff. COVID-19 measures taken. Here they have q full body sanitizer as you walk in. ( If you have any open Beveridge or food cover it up or it too will be sanitized 😆). This location is on street level, you. Can't miss it. We enjoyed a few beers and wings. It's a great spot!

One of the best places to have craft beer and tasty food in San Jose. All the beers I have tried here are incredible. Talking about food I had the nachos with arrachera and the french fries with pork, both were amazing but my favorite ones were the fries. Totally recommended. Everyone was very kind, attentive and they provide very good recommendations based on what you like to drink and eat. Service was fast. It is a nice, and clean place to have a beer after a walk around San Jose.

The food and drinks here are great! We had the giant burrito and al pastor burger, which were both delicious. I loved the curly fries that came with my meal. This was also one of the least expensive meals I had in Cabo, which was much appreciated given how expensive some other places seemed to be. I highly recommend checking out Baja Brewing if you enjoy going to breweries in new cities!

Came here around 4:30pm so enjoyed the happy hour with 33% off beers. Decent IPA and pilsner. You can also get the beer to go with plastic cups

Here is a photo of my empty glass while the 3 staff had a good chat. Once is okay, twice is a bit annoying, 5 times is just hopeless. Every time we wanted to order another drink or food we had to flag down the staff who were more interested in having a catch up. It's a shame because the drinks and food are good but being taken for granted isn't okay. If you want a tip, you have to provide service.

The waiter is very aggressive. First, he offered us water, I asked if it was free he said “no”. He should have brought that up first. I ordered a Peyote Aneja from the “beers on tap list” and he said they only have it in bottles for 500 pesos ($40 Canadian) hard pass for me. I then ordered two different beers for us asking for the size. He said they only have one size: pints. Afterwards I checked the menu and it says there are two different sizes.

We had beer, pizza and fish and chips. It was a massive amount of food for two. The stout was really good, the pizza arrived on the cold side, the cheese was already too hard for my taste. The fish and chips were good. Very good service, nice ambiance and good pandemic measures.

We were going to stop here for beers before or after dinner as it's one of the few places we found that had beer on tap vs. bottles. But after discovering we could make a reservation on Open Table and reviewing the menu we decided to eat here. The food was great (2 of us split the Big Burro w/chicken fajita meat and it was plenty for each of us), service was good and the beers were just what we were looking for with a nice variety to choose from. Plus a gift shop where we purchased some Baja Brewing glassware!

Service was slow and not very attentive. When we tried to order pizza, the waitress talked to us like we were dumb for not noticing their pizza oven was down and they hadn't served pizza for two weeks. Food was average. Had to have them bring more chips for our guac because they were not crispy, second batch better. Not a lot of shredded pork on the nachos and pork was dry and not much flavor. Tacos were ok and drinks were good.

I would highly avoid coming to this Brewery unlessyou want to be robbed. I came to this brewery over the weekend with my family and attempted to pay my tab with an American Express card. The waiter then took my card and came back and advised me that they do not accept American Express, so I paid in Cash. I then reviewed my statements and was charged in addition to paying cash. To make matters worse, I paid with a $50 bill and received the incorrect amount of change in MX$. I was shorted about $10. They are definitely doing some shady business here. I have uploaded a picture as proof I was here.

I believe I left a much better review in the past. The most recent visit in September was not so great. We made time to visit Baja brewing to enjoy their artesional beers, which we found to be very good during our previous visit. As expected, the menu and beer selection had not changed much. My wife and I were the only customers there for at least the first hour, weathering the heat and the horrible music. We asked the waitress if they could change the music to lively up the place because who wants to day drink and listen to somber music. She kindly told us that the music was controlled and monitored by corporate and could not change the music. So we decided to finish our second drink and get the he'll out of there before we fell asleep. So corporate if you are listening, no one wants to hear your dire electronic music at 11 am. while on vacation in mexico. Change the damn channel. Oh, and change up your beer selection.

Charming brewery in San Juan Cabos, where the wings and fish and chips left a lasting impression. The wings were perfectly crispy on the outside, with a flavorful, juicy interior. The fish and chips were a delightful combination of flaky fish and golden-brown, well-seasoned fries. The housemade beers complemented the meal beautifully, offering a diverse range of flavors. The lively patio provided a pleasant outdoor dining experience, making it an ideal spot to savor both the food and the atmosphere. The service was excellent!

Busy spot especially on Thursday night when the Art Gallery Walk is on. Local young folks and many older tourists. Beers are great. Food us simple and tasty. They also do pizza. There was live music too a great band. Highly recommended but not for those who want to have a quiet night out!

We had a couple of pints of their Baja Lager, “La Surfa”, as an aperitif before a much needed taco lunch. Casual yet beautifully functional indoor and outdoor seating; would have loved to linger afternoon at the outdoor bar overlooking the street. The waitress was awesome and engagingly friendly.

Enjoyed a couple pints and flights on the patio during our recent trip to San Jose. An excellent place to stop and enjoy a beer while exploring the town. Plus they have a great selection of merch in the shop as well!

For real Mexican food .think about it twice .! As a real Latina who like good food this is not the best tacos in town. No good guacamole . No salt no lemon and no spicy !! Fried Beans were not good at all. Beer was good. Atmosphere good. Server good ! But food was surprisingly bad.

Great spot for casual bar food with beers brewed in Baja. The original and beloved brewery has a wide selection of beers and a tasty menu if you are looking for casual food, baja tacos , burgers and nachos are all great. They have I door seating in the bar and also patio seating and an additional out door bar for walk ins which si a great spot for people watching. Prices are fair and pours are generous! Excellent choice for Thursday night set walks they also have a happy hour daily from 4-6 and make margaritas to go for the art walk!

OVER PRICED. The beer is good I must say that, but what you pay for food is not equal to what you get nor to what it taste. Salads are lousy, they did have fries with the burger so they put there 1 leaf of lettuce ripped into pieces. The hamburger was so so, but the meat was flavorless and cooked less than medium rare. Go eat somewhere else if you cam then stop by to get a beer. That's my 2 cents.

Good bite to eat if you're walking around San Jose del Cabo and want a beer as well. This place definitely feels like an American bar, and the menu looks like anything you'd find in a Mexican restaurant in the U.S....not sure if this is a story of the chicken (true Mexican) or the egg (U.S. Mexican), but it feels more like the latter...especially with the brewery aspect.

Loved the session IPA! We also had the payote IPA and the stout which were both great beers. There was a live band playing the night we were there and they did a variety of English and Spanish songs. Awesome evening.

Steak nachos are huge and to die for. Shrimp tacos are so yummy and fry the big burrito. Bet you can’t finish it. Staff is friendly, beers are good you can try what you want. Worth the trip from hotel.

We love our local craft beers back home and we are right at home and comfortable here. Twice in 2 days, will become a daily stopping place for a meal or just a beer. Service is great, and a great selection of beers. So nice on the outdoor patio. Great service from Alberto, Carlos and Ricardo.
