Good customer service, everyone at front desk speaks English well. Interesting room setup, a little on the small side, but with lots of amenities. Kitchenette on the veranda (outside) and they provide you with a water tower, fridge, beach chairs, beach towels and some kitchen appliances. Weirdly the bathroom had an open window (with a screen on it), so it was always hot and steamy in there, while running AC in the bedroom, had to keep bathroom door locked. Water pressure could be improved. Best thing about this place is the location: you can see the ocean and the beach once block down as soon as you exit the hotel, also, if you're into nightlife, all the clubs are at the end of your block (did not hear any noise at night, except some weird serene sounds from bathroom window).

Based on the super adorable price we paid for a week in a two bedroom unit I really wasn't sure quite what to expect but Club Yebo was a well located, clean, welcoming, fabulous place to stay for me and my family. The fellow at the front desk was great anytime we needed anything, housekeeping was thorough everyday, and the pool was right outside our doors. Only complaint any in our group had was about the not awesome WiFi but I really couldn't have cared less (front desk fellow did do something to improve it when my husband asked about it). Fridge kept things cold, we had enough dishes for everyone, and the shower had hot and cold water no problem anytime we used it. I would absolutely stay here again!

Pros: [ ] Unlike other reviewers I didn't hear any party noise, my stay was quiet [ ] The pool is small but awesome on a hot day [ ] There's a small lounge area poolside with tables, chairs, a hammock and several outlets [ ] Beach is just a block away [ ] Restaurants, bars and clubs are down the block [ ] This location can't get any better, everything is walking distance [ ] Money Exchange, car rental, 24 hr Seven-11 and pharmacy are within a 2 minute walk [ ] Our room had little cooler, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella [ ] They give you beach towels [ ] The staff is super nice [ ] There's night security Cons: [ ] No table/chair inside for eating your food, you will have to eat sitting on your bed or use the outside table/chair set while fighting mosquitoes [ ] Kitchen is super small, only one person can stand in it at a time [ ] No clock, it would be nice to wake up and know what time it is [ ] Floor is made of something like hard and rough like cement which makes it uncomfortable to walk on barefoot [ ] While the hotel is hidden, tranquil and charming none of the pictures looked like the studio-plus room #52 we were given. I booked 6 months in advance based on the description and pictures and was disappointed. The room was not as described. [ ] They need a visible sign that says no toilet paper in the toilet. Rules in the kitchen says no paper towel in the toilet. Paper towel and toilet paper are not the same thing. Make it clear about this to foreigners upon check in. [ ] The wifi is terrible no matter what choice you pick. They give you a little list upon check in [ ] AC unit is loud, the humidifier is loud too... with both on at the same time it's super noisy So all in all I would stay here again but maybe a different room. The price and location are unbeatable and it's very safe.

Incredible value for money. Pick this hotel is you are looking for a beautiful Mexican rustic look and feel fully embracing nature at a more than reasonable price. The rooms are at different levels of passages with river stones floors so you feel you are more in villas rather than rooms in a hotel. It is a street from the beach just after la 5ta (the most known street in Playa for drinks, shops and food) so it is quiet enough to get you through a goodnight sleep and still be meters away from the action!

We stayed for 4 nights with My wife and our two kids and the place is functional excellent. You have All you need to have a good time in Playa. Ir is very closed yo the beach, to the 5th ave.and main night clubs. It has a very calm and relaxing environment.

Small but cute hotel in great location. Walk to all the main shopping and eating areas and close to the beach clubs and restaurants. Well equipped kitchenette, TV, hot showers, clean, comfortable bed. Large room, private table on terraza, nice pool with lounge chairs. Some music noise from next door, but not enough to need earplugs.

Beware some bad rooms. They have great rooms but some are terrible. My verandah had the sales office, reception, janitor storage, staircase and main entrance right there. No privacy, bad vibe. This was the only hotel in Mexico where the staff were not friendly. However, nice location, some nice rooms. Just dont book there if Booking dot com special, you get the crappy room.
