I came here for dinner the other other night and Pablo was my server. He was super nice and friendly. After looking at the menu I decided to get a chicken milanesa provolone style with mash potatoes. I also got fries with eggs on the side. (I saw so many tasty pictures on Instagram..it was hard to decide what style milanesa I wanted) The provolone style milanesa has mozzarella and melted provolone cheese, tomatoe sauce, and oregano. The milanesa was super tasty and crunchy. The combination of the fries, egg, and milanesa in one bite is amazing!!! You have to try it!!! The one person milanesa was a good size for me. I eat a lot so I was so excited when it came out! Plenty of food. If you have a small appetite you could probably share the one person milanesa. If you are okay with sharing your food I believe the one person plate for two people is enough. I ate half the milanesa and took half home and ate it a couple hours later. Very good!!! Such an amazing meal!!! In total I got a maracuya mojito, chicken provolone milanesa, side of fries and eggs for a very reasonable price. I cannot wait to come back!!!

Insanely slow service. My 'steak' was inedible and her fish was questionable as to its breed. Curious how they both got their rectangular shape? Also, two sides of potatoes? Fries and mashed??? Two very generous stars. Eat somewhere else.

Every time I've been to El Patio, I have left satisfied and smiling. Their milanesa options are wonderful and there's SO many to choose from! Went for my birthday & a friend's birthday, and they set up balloons and had a cake and candles and everything! Amazing! Seriously the best service, great prices for even better food. For non-meat eaters, they have a sweet potato option (shown here), as well as tofu, nopales, or tuna steak. Milanesa for 2 shown here had 1/2 mushroom & 1/2 Roquefort with broccoli. Protip: Get a side order of sweet potato fries. You won't be disappointed. 🤤🤤🤤

You can not leave PDC without eating at El Patio! It's a cozy place hidden off of the busy path of 5th Avenue near Mamitas Beach. They had the best empanadas and milanesa that I have ever tasted, and the service was great.

El Patio De La Milanesa is a great little place, especially if you are very hungry. The plate sizes are huge, the X1 milanesa plates will easily feed 2. We had the chicken milanesa guacamole with cream sauce, and the chicken milanesa Hawaiian, they were both delicious and supersized. The lemonade with passion fruit was very different and really good. The only complaint was the service was slow. The food took a long time to come out of the kitchen. Other than that, it was a place we will try again, just bring your appetite! Enjoy!!!

The food and the service are superb. The 2 person size would have fed easily 3 or 4 people. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the food. A must visit place in Playa del Carmen.

I had Milanesa de Rez with Mozarella cheese, Salad & mashed potatoes and it was Delish! I also had the Passion fruit w Lemon juice drink, Loved it... My bf had a burger & loved it also... Our server Guadalupe was very Attentive & courteous... I would def return & recommend! 👍 👌

I’d skip this place. Much better places out there. Service is a little slow. I was thirsty and wanted another beer and took a while to get another. We ordered the torta milanesa de res and salmón. So it is huge. They don’t mess with their portions so that’s a positive. The fries were yum!!!! Best part of all. The salmon was ok.

Very very VERY tasty! From drinks to food! We got chicken milanesa with caramelized onions - delicious!!!!! BUT the size can feed 3! People! It is HUGE! Sealed tuna was well done and a bit dry, but “milanesa” style tuna was very tasty and done properly and was raw in the middle!😍 Paradise drink with gin was amazing!chicken empanadas were great as well! I would totally come back!

Great choice of food and the staff were very nice. When they forgot about one of our ordered they added an extra side to apologise. Lovely atmosphere and a nice location away from the busy 5th Ave.

My second visit and I'm still impressed. Last time I went for beef milanesa but this time I tried pork and it was exquisite. It's a shame they don't have a branch in Mexico City yet.

Delicious food, Milanesa for x1 is actually for x2 ask for the half dozen Empanadas promo for a better deal.

I specifically asked the waiter if it's homemade lemonade. He specifically told me that they made it here. Well, the lemonade was made from the worst concentrated, chemical lemon juice I tried. The only good thing is that it was cheap.
