This is the best Spanish restaurant I have ever ate at in my entire life! The chef is very passionate about his craft and it is very evident as he takes the time to come out and check on us and most everyone that visits. This is rare to see at the majority of most restaurants. Food is fancy and classy looking and the prices on most items is under $10 dollars! I highly recommend this place. I suggest you recommend to all your friends they will surely thank you!

The best paella that we've ever tasted. Their salads and tapas are a must try. And for dessert, the Crema Catalana is superb. The place is quaint and Instagram worthy. The staff and the chef's very accommodating. Will definitely come back! 😊

Great ambience, service, and of course food. Come here looking to try something new. Be adventurous! Their menu offers a wide variety of choices with heavy Spanish influence. It was quite a breath of fresh air to find something different from your typical local resto. The food is extremely fresh and the portions are quite large. A must try for sure 👍

Probably the only authentic Spanish restaurant in Angeles City. The restaurant may seem fancy on the onset, but the prices are actually quite reasonable. There’s no doubt that each dish was made with much skill and love. The paella is highly recommended. Great texture and taste. I suggest ordering tapas to be served in advance as the paella takes time to cook. Hope we can support this restaurant especially amid the pandemic so they can continue serving excellent Spanish food to Angeles’ locale!

Coming to El Espanol restaurant was indeed a wonderful experience. Our visit there did not disappoint us. The crew were very courteous and welcoming. Chef Pedro was kind enough to take the time to converse with us and even give us a "short course" on authentic Spanish Cuisine. The food was very good. The balance of flavors and texture was noticeable in our every bite. We hope to come back and try the others listed in their menu. Cudos and more power!

I love the ambiance, it really enhances the experience. The croquette was the highlight as it had a complex flavor that I really enjoyed. The beef was also nice and tender. And of course the Paella was great To top it off the Sangria wine was tasty. I would definitely go back.

My experience at El Español was very satisfying, deserving a solid 5 stars. The menu choices, including Pollo tapas, steak tapas, rib-eye steaks, gambas, ceviche, Paella Negra, Paella Mixtas, and croquettas, were all quite good. Each dish brought a nice taste of Spanish cuisine to the table, though it's worth mentioning that the prices are a bit on the higher side. The service complemented the meal well; it was good and attentive, adding to the overall positive dining experience. In short, El Español delivers a commendable dining experience with its array of tasty dishes and good service, making it a worthy spot for those looking to enjoy Spanish cuisine.

We love El Español. The staff were super attentive to customers and polite too. The food was great. The place was a bit small but i guess that's the usual size of restos around that area. They have the best complimentary bread!! You all must try!

Never been to Spain. But this restau serves good food that suites Filipino tastebuds. Large servings that justify the price. The churos we ordered for dessert is the best.

Cool Spanish place but most of the items in the menu is unavailable. Makes you think that the place is struggling. I hope it survives because it is really a good place to eat.

El Espanol is without any doubts the best resto in Nepoquad and probably one the best 3 restaurants in Angeles City. Leaded by a dedicated professional Chef who knows exactly whats hes doing. Spectacular selection of classic tapas and paellas made with the best and finest Spanish ingredients imported in the Manila market from Spain...all with a twist of modern plating and cooking techniques...Stoning cold cuts and wine parings to delight your palate. Open modern kitchen where you can witness and feel the action...Casual, fresh and elegant furniture set up and very warm atmosphere. Great service and excellent food. Value for the money. Inclusive of VAT and without S.C. Worth a visit anytime and any day of the week.

The restaurant comes as advertised. Excellent and value for the money. Great food and service. Paellas are very flavored and tasty. Authentic Spanish aldente style . Great variety of tapas, pastas and Spanish thin pizzas(Cocas) . A refined selection of Spanish wines to go with your food is added to the menu. The place is spacious and quiet now during the pandemic times, but nice neat sanitized environment. Highly recommended for a great meal with authenticity. The gambas al ajillo and seafood paella are to die for.

Nice decent restaurant with original authentic spanish food but expencive and small portions ! a appetizer of 5 pieces small garlic shrimps 455 PHP and a seafood paella for 795 PHP which looked big but it was not much as the pan was just filled with about 1 to 2 cm of paella and very little seafood was in the paella. after the appetizer and the paella i was still hungry ! good restaurant for a small eater !

Had a great experience overall at the restaurant thanks to Chef Pedro and the waiters/waitresses. Not only was the food super delicious, it was also very filling and prepared with a lot of passion. I would totally recommend the Paella Negra, the Callos and the Mushroom Risotto since they stood out the most for me. After the meal, The chef came over and showered us with an abundance of love which made the experience even more amazing. He also has an infectious energy which likely comes from the fact that he genuinely enjoys what he does and I respect him very much for that. If you are looking for great service, great ambience, and, most importantly, great food, this is the place. Will come back for more!

We keep on coming back bec the food is excellent, the servers are very attentive and the chef is so friendly. He normally goes out of his way to make a small talk with his diners. We’ve been addicted to his mexican dishes but we wanted to come back soon to try their Spanish bestsellers.

Authentic spanish/cuban resto in the hip district of Angeles City. I always like it here. The ambiance, the food, the staff- all awesome. If you are looking for a fancy but still affordable spanish dining experience in Pampanga, this is the place to go.

Living in San Diego by the Mexican Border, finding an authentic Spanish cuisine outside of the country is tough. By far, this is the place to go. The Food is to die for. Seafood was fresh and very light to the taste. You cannot skip the ceviche, best to top it off with you Al Pastor tacos. Every dish made was obviously prepared and done with pride. The Chef came out to greet us and you can tell how passionate he is with his masterpiece. They have a good selection of wine that is just perfect with the food and ambiance. This restaurant is tough to beat and will definitely keep coming back. Shout out to the Chef! Thank you for this amazing experience. Will add another star if I had the option.

I love the place! It’s so pretty and so Instagrammable! We ordered Paella MixIt which includes all major Paella ingredients: Chicken, Pork and Seafood! It also has some chorizo bits but not the Spanish Chorizo that we commonly see. It is so good! The croquettes too! The croquettes have Jamon Serrano! They also gave us a complimentary fancy baguette (coz I don’t know what it’s called) which is also delicious! For my drink, I had Sangria which tastes good on its own but for me, it perfectly complements the Paella! It was a truly Spanish dining experience. Also, I commend the chef, I believe he is Spanish (but of course) who was quick to assist my clumsiness by replacing the fork that I dropped! (Embarrassing I know). He is so accommodating! Thank you Sir! Would love to go back again!

Hands down the best restaurant in Angeles City. The Chef is a real winner. He made the most beautiful place in town with the most unique and diverse menu. I can’t complain about one thing - just a perfect experience made by one of the only 5-Star Chefs in the Philippines.

👍👍 As a lover of sisig, I’ve been wanting to go here since I found out it’s the original (birthplace) of the popular Filipino food, sisig. Anthony Bourdain also visited here on his show Parts Unknown. It did not disappoint. So good! Sisig is made everywhere in the Philippines but it’s usually not that...

👍👍 A must visit in Angeles! Highly recommend their sisig and tocino barbeque. It's so oily but so good such that we found their quote of "from our kitchen to your hearts" hilarious because of how accurate it is in a health sense. Lines can get really long and also gets hot outside during lunch time.
