We spent the night in this small but cozy hotel. The bed is comfortable and had comforters similar to good hotels in the city, e.g. Red Planet. Toiletries were provided in a black mesh bag that you can take home - to the delight of my sister. The only complaint my niece had was with the aircon - at 17 degreees it wasn't freezing cold. What I like about this hotel is that it was walking distance of some of Clark's popular restaurants. Didi's was just across the street! 19 Copung Copung and Angeles Fried Chicken were just a few blocks away. But the best part is that a branch of Susie's Cuisine was next door!! I would recommend staying in this hotel.

I love this place, the hotel staffs are so nice and accommodating. The rooms, the beds, the showers, and the whole place is always clean and perfect, plus those yummy foods... How I wish the rooms have an access for some fresh air, I know there may be some security concern behind it, but It can be done by the right people. An access to fresh air is a must for good health, especially for asthmatics like me.... please make it happen so as to make The Diamond Spring Hotel @ Balibago one of the perfect place to be in all of Angeles City.

The rooms are okay, kinda big but for its price you could get better hotel for family or business trip. I stayed there for a business trip overnight, the rooms are clean and okay. But the shower heater is not working or non existent! The free breakfast is the chicken from Ministop/Uncle John's! They didn't even bother to prepare atleast a proper breakfast! Plus the parking is a hassle that you have to move your car every now and then. Go stay for a better hotel than this one for its price, ifs not worth it.

This is a lovely surprise in the middle of the city. The vibe here is relaxed, and the drinks and food are generously affordable. Service is even quick. It doesn't offer WiFi though. The bigger downside here is that the open-air bar and restaurant are located at the topmost floor of the building, so getting happily drunk might not be a good idea. The journey with the stairs is long. And the building itself houses a backpacker's hostel and is located in the middle of a residential area, and that means requiring everybody to lower their voices and speak in almost hushed tone so as not to disturb any sleeping soul.

Not a bad place to stay, city sounds are a little loud, but the bed is soft and amazing. I just lay down to watch tv and fall asleep only minutes later! Restaurant choices in the area are excellent, pretty good food and prices as well.

Room is big and clean. Aircon is working it is cooler. The bed is comfortable and the bedsheets are clean. The toilet is a bit smelly not thoroughly clean. All in all it is nice and clean compared to Reddoorz Pasay i like Reddoorz Angeles better.

Everything is a little above average, except the card keys, the bathroom ceiling, and under the bed. They don't give you a card key but instead tells you to ask the front desk everytime you need to buzz in so they can get Cardo Dalisay to buzz you in with his all access key🙄, the bathroom ceiling has an opening and you can see the vents and pipes, giving it a creepy feeling that someone;s peeping, or that someone climbed up thru the ceiling in a hurry. Under the bed is creepier. The rest of the room, is spotless clean, the linen sheets were crisp, but under the bed is an entirely different ecosystem... that's right, ecosystem. The thick layer of dust, hair, lint, dead bugs and other things made looking under the bed seemed like stepping into a dusty alien world. One word to describe the under-the-bed exploration: YUCK. One star for the one night stay, coz everything else is above average.

The location is very convenient as most shops and restaurants are available nearby. There's also a convenient store and mall in walking distance. The rooms itself are quite good and clean, for the amout you pay. But the internet's really bad (but then again it's free). Furniture is a bit old, like the tables used and the shower (took quite a while for it to heat up and the amout of water coming out is just enough). Overall it was a pleasant stay, the staff and the security guards were very commendable. I would probably come back and stay there again once I visit Pampanga.

Location is totally convenient, right along Mc Arthur Highway. Jolibee and Immaculate Conception Church are walking distance and several other establishments. Customer service is average. Rooms were we stayed are small. I like the beds and the beddings, though.

I come here for the comfy beds. But don't expect epic views or anything else other than a good night's sleep, especially with the pandemic and all. Be warned that no guests will be permitted to enter your room at any cost, so plan ahead and book for 2 if you will be entertaining guests.

Has TV but non functioning remote control. No telephone to contact the front desk. If you have concerns, you have to go down to the lobby. No available soap if you want to take a bath. No utensils like spoon or fork, or even a small glass if you want to drink.
