Terrible customer service and manager was even rude to customers who already waited for more than an hours with their pizza

Dining in here with a group is a not advisable. I think they have opportunities when it comes to poor customer service, one step at a time. The serving of the pizzas here is huge.

Must try the New York Cheesecake at S&R! (The Cheesecake Factory)

The worst customer service the manager with the bad left hand is so arrogant the workers are so lazy they all should be fired and replaced with new staff it’s ridiculous they think the customers are bad but it’s the staff who is bad

Food was FIRE. too bad I had to wait 3 hours to eat it. Probably would've tasted great if it were hot

Terrible Customer Service! Cashier said waiting period for them to bring orders was 40mins! it took 1hr for us! Totaly ridiculous! Wasted time!

Good food without a doubt but TERRIBLE service. Majority of the people who are working here doesn't know the word "customer service" it seems like they just dont care about what they do especially the front liners. Poor management skills and lacks coordination with its team members.

Food is great as usual but they can't clean the place. It's good if everyone can CAYGO but they wouldn't.

New York style pizza is v nice & affordable. Waiting is not a problem for me, & my family. They need to expand the area since there are many shoppers like to eat & enjoy their meal.

VERY WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Lalo na yung AKA MANAGER nilang naka RED uniform. They don't provide excellent assistance for the customer, she's rude, REALLY UNHELPFUL, SHE do not offer extra service for the two whole pizza I ordered. EVEN WHEN I OFFERED THEM TO PAY FOR EXTRA FOR DOING THAT SIMPLE FAVOR. I requested them to split MY TWO WHOLE pizza in half combo and pepperoni in my two boxes EARLIER but suggested me that I should be the one who's doing it!!!! I understand the preparation will take a minute long and they have a lot of customer to assist AND I'm patiently waited ON THE LINE AND MY ORDER to be prepared BUT instead of assisting me nicely, she was rude by making me feel that I made a wrong order. They also have a lot of staff on that time to do my simple favor but instead she declined my favor and already made me waited for 1 hour in preparation for those two whole pizza so this was a worse service I've every experience in SNR MARQUEE MALL ANGELES PAMPANGA!!!

Good food ,but not this time.Half part uncooked pizza & over cooked chicken (taste burn)😕.

I have ate at S and R for many years first at San Fernando then at Marquee Mall. The last couple of times i ate there at marquee i have had bad experinces .The service line very slow then to top it off the french fries and chicken roast sandwich were cold. The second time had a order to go ordered clam chowder.......got home the chowder had a bad burnt taste! What is going on???

I have been eating at this restaurant for years. Great pizza but poorly run and its the management, it's very poorly run.(again ) Adequate staff. The last 20 times i have received only twice what i ordered. I save the receipts and take notes. Time in and time out people just leave after waiting.12:24 on the 18/08/21 it took 22 min. to ONLY get a slice of cheese pizza. Now i but my drink next door. Sorry i don't want large coke zero ! Someone needs to show management how to run a fast food restaurant ! I can tell you the #1 reason for slow service........Contact me . I have been going to Burger King, now thats an idea. Watch how they run a business.

I had a bad experience at S & R New york style pizza , Marquee Mall. They told us a 20 mins. waiting time for our order, but we waited for 35 mins, and gave us 1 box pizza instead of our 2 orders. They asked us to wait for another 5 mins. But we insisted to cancel the other box because we can't wait.Instead of just giving our refund, they still let us wait for another 10 mins! Where's your common sense?
