Angeles City water district is turning off the water pumps and keeping the pressure low to increase profit. At 10pm every night until 4am there is no water. After 4am there is little to no water pressure. The water district says this is to stabilize the reservoir. This is a lie. The sole purpose is for profit from not running the pumps and using electrical power, which they pay for. If there is fire or any other need for water and there is none then the water district should be held liable and have to pay restitution to those affected. There is no reason, except profit, that we have little to no water pressure everyday and the water being shut off at night.

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Do not waste your time trying to call their customer service hotlines, it will end up wasting your time, they will not answer your call.

There is always no water when you need it when there is none, the water is weak on weekdays and then on weekends there is no water. What happened? Today is the day we don't have anything, Angeles Water District please fix it

This utility company is complete garbage. There is often NO water during the day. I honestly can’t remember the last time we had water for a full 24 hours. This company should be ashamed of itself. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Payment lane is not organized.. Senior priority lane does not mean "senior only" lane and should not cut 30+ numbers ahead 😡

The qualty of rhe water in Pulung Cacutud is bad. Black and yellow. For 40 Peso per qm to expensive

The water pressure is very weak every single day! Since our city changed its water service provider to Primewater the eater pressure has been dismal!

They are trash; we don't get what we pay for. Imagine that you are only able to have water at night. How about those diseases that can no longer act? Waste, right? Do we still have a choice? Please, we don't want Primewater anymore. This Primewater corporation deserve a no star at all.
