(Translated by Google) Great Ferry, it has restrooms, security and is very modern. Departures every hour, it has a closed area and an open area where you can appreciate the landscape. Xcaret ferry crossing to Isla Mujeres, is the new service of Xcaret group, they are located just at bridge were escenic xcaret tower is, or same as pirate ships show depart. At hotel zone of cancun. The price is same as ultramar ferry, departs each hour, last one at 7 pm. They have big parking place 20 pesos per hour. Xcaret Xailing has wifi, stores, restaurants. Price includes scenic tower. Info by Cancun Insiders Guide

The staff was amazing!! The ferry also was beautiful, clean, and smelled so good. The experience was awesome. The staff helped get the baby stroller on and off the boat and everyone greeted us with smiles. The boat was refreshingly cold after a long hot day.

Ferry was fast, on time and had a nice interior, as well as a front deck for spotting sea turtles. Service prompt and friendly. Way less crowded than the Ultramar ferries we saw. Make sure you pay for your parking (reasonably priced) at the kiosk on the ground floor. We got to the exit expecting to pay easily and had to go park again and pay downstairs. Parking kiosk only takes cash pesos, but ATMs are right next to it.

Seating outside in front of ship is limited; perhaps 40 seats, so ensure u are at the front of the line early. If the water is choppy u will get wet; however that is part of the enjoyment. Inside is very comfortable and u can charge your phone in each seat row up against the window wall.

The ferry experience was pretty smooth. The shop at the boarding area is pretty cool but little expensive. There is a benefit of riding early ferries as these are less crowded and you can get better photo opportunities if you get good seats. There is ticket to the scenic tower included in the ferry price so that is a plus. The sunset ferry views are incredible while returning from Isla Mujeres.

I would give them 0 stars if I could!!! Use any other ferry to Isla Mujeres, this company will just rip you off. We purchased 2 round trip fares, was only given 1 ticket by the ticket office and when we went to return to Cancun, they forced us to purchase another ticket, even though we could prove we purchased 2 tickets. We have literally travelled the world and have never been treated so poorly.

Awesome ferry ride to Isla Mujares and back. Prices are very reasonable, and the ferry ride comes with the admission to check out the tower (which I highly recommend!). The ferries are newer than their competition, less busy than their competition, and the A/C cabins are really nice. The seating is comfy and the cabins are roomy. Lots of seating outside if you want to enjoy the ferry ride outside the cabins! The staff are also very friendly. We will definitely sail with Xcaret again if we ever visit Isla Mujares again!

The best ferry I've used. I used other ferries in Cancun and got sick during the trip. This one was smooth as butter and the seats are comfortable and you have access to clean restrooms during the trip.

Nice that this is not as crowded as the main ferry to Isla Mujeres! Just a heads up it did take about an hour to get from Cancun to Isla Mujeres with this ferry

Very disappointed in they shuttled us down to the ferry from a dock near our hotel but when we got back to the mainland from Isla Mujeres "we were on our own" only a 1 way shuttle which they did not inform us upfront. It was either $25 US for a taxi back or $1 US for the local bus service. The ferry was nice, BUT there was no full disclosure.....We purchased our tickets directly from their company and NOT a 3rd party.

Ferry was a smooth process. My wife and I walked up about 15 minutes before 9am departure and was able to walk on to the waiting ship. Very clean and new fleet with Xcaret

Just a thanks to Paula for allowing us to use our ticket for a sailing that was not handled properly by our Sunwing Rep (due to an illness) Sunwing did not call and make the arrangements so after showing up for our sailing to Isla Mujeres by public bus we were told we were not in the system and had to pay again. I was so disheartened that this was not handled after being sick. Paula made it happen for us and allowed us to use our original sailing voucher. She made our day. Thank you Paula!

Super nice ferry and friendly staff. As soon as you reach cancun you have the bus in front that within 5 min will leave you in the center. Super recommended.

Great experience, you can be indoors (with AC) or outdoors, both options offer a great view and comfortable trip. The crew was really nice and attentive, leaves every hour starting at 9am so plenty of opportunities to visit Isla Mujeres.

(Translated by Google) Very clean, good attention, in terms of surface view if it limits you a lot compared to the competition, for Quintana Roo it is more expensive (than overseas), the advantage is that you take it and it leaves you in the hotel zone and you can take your truck perfect (Original) Muy limpios, buena atención, en cuestión de vista en la superficie si te limita mucho a comparación de la competencia, para quintanarroenses es más caro (que ultramar), la ventaja q lo tomas y te deja en la zona hotelera y puedes tomar tu camión perfecto
