Great service! We used Cozumel Tours for our airport transfer. Unfortunately, we had a flight cancellation due to weather and could not get in until the next day. I called them and they were happy to reschedule us with no issues. Easy to find at the airport - quick and friendly service getting us our hotel.

The value of Las Uvas Beach experience is so far beyond anything I could have booked on the cruise ship. I would really like to praise David, our drink/food server. He was very attentive. We never had to ask for anything and he was very knowledgeable about the menu. He made numerous trips back and forth to take care of us on the beach. I also want to thank Roberto, who took care of our snorkeling trip. We didn't want to snorkel with a group, so Roberto personally took care of us, getting our equipment, and even walking us to the beach and pointing out the reefs, etc. Both gentlemen were extremely professional. And above all, they genuinely acted like the loved their jobs!! So refreshing in this day and age. Thank you!

We went scuba diving in Cozumel while stopped with our cruise ship. We choose to book excursions outside of the ship because we want to help boost the local economy as opposed to giving it to a corporation. The excursion was wonderful. My 10 year old son had a wonderful first time experience and that was due to the attention of the PADI. My husband and I are not certified and did a discover scuba dive in Bali....the experience was not the same in terms of what we saw but we enjoyed it much the same. The location of the dive is close to port, there is a pool/bar/restaurant right there if you have others in your group who just wanna lay in the sun. Such a great time!!

In September of 2022 we went to the park and participated in the Manatee encounter. This is the second time we had done this encounter. I know that every time I go to Cozumel, I will be checking in with the Cozumel Tours to swim with the Manatees. Sometimes we will add something else, but this one will always be my favorite. If you have ever wondered what it was like to play with a 1500 pound (680 KG) lapdog this would be the experience for you. The staff at the park are amazing, they are patient, happy, and they care about the animals from what I saw. Chankanaab National Park has enough going on to keep a family busy at least a day. Both times we have been there it's been with a cruise so we didn't get to stay as long as we may have liked, but as long as we got to swim with the manatees, I will continue to go back. I absolutely love that experience.

Used this service for airport transportation to and from the Cozumel Airport. They picked us up where they said they would be and dropped us off directly at our AirBnB apartment. On the day we were to leave they scheduled a pickup time and was there right on time and got us safely to the airport front door. Both pick up and drop off where done in clean air conditioned vehicles. The drivers were kind and attentive. They even helped with our luggage. I would defiantly recommend this company for any of your vacation needs.

Absolutely, Absolutely use this company!! We did the private Jeep Tour which was cheaper than what the cruise line was doing by far but we beat all the cruisers to all the places so everywhere we went was not crowded until we were done. What we did in 4.5 hours Toured San Gervasio - privately as well Tequila Tasting- brought home some fantastic Tequila Went sight seeing on the island all around the majority of the island (minus the jungle areas **Next trip!!) Went shopping And had a private lunch on the beach at a fantastic restaurant with the most amazing view!!!! Javier and Danny were so knowledgeable and really made us feel special. Javier really knew the island and the people and it made each stop memorable and personalized!! I cannot wait to come back again!!!!!

Great ATV tour to the Jade Cenote. I had never ridden an ATV before and it was a blast. Victor was an informative and was a wonderful guide. Tequila tasting was good and some of the best I've ever tasted. Too bad the weather turned bad when we got to the Beach Club or it would have been an totally outstanding day. The Chicken fajitas included in the price were good except the wind was blowing so hard there were stuff flying into our food. Drinks are not included in the price and are fairly expensive ($4.24 for a small glass of lemonade). Transfer back to our ship was seamless. Thanks Cozumel Tours.

Santiago and the other crew were amazing. They were so patient with our group. We had the best time. There were refreshments on board, which was nice. I would definitely use these services again. A safe experience, and lots of fun.

We took the airport shuttle, booked round trip. We were able to find the rep easily after exiting the airport and we were on our way. Driver was great, answered any questions we had. Met with the hotel rep the next day to get details on our taxi on the departure date and he also showed us some other tours if we were interested in them. We did end up also booking the snorkeling tour after speaking with Israel and we are very glad we did. We booked for six people and it was a fantastic experience. We would do it again in a second. Taxi on departure day was very good also. No problems at all. Highly recommended if you are looing for transportation from the airport or any tours, check it out.

We did a Jeep tour (3 Jeeps) with Miguel as our tour guide. Miguel was waiting for us when we got off the ship and was very friendly and fun. We saw a verity of places on the island, Miguel was happy to take group pictures for us and take us where ever we wanted to go. I would highly recommend this tour, and Miguel in particular, to anyone who is considering a Jeep tour on Cozumel!

We had a blast! Our ATV leader made sure to take us through puddle after puddle, even if we had to loop around. We had one single and one double ATV and the ride was great for all of us. The cavern was amazing to see and the "sacrifice" jump was great, even if it was a bit difficult to get to (unless you were wearing swimming shoes). The beach break was nice - wish it had been a bit longer, but no way would we have made it back to the boat in time (no fault of the actual tour). The food was good and the servers were very nice.

Cozumel Tours were amazing from the moment we got off the ferry at Cozumel to getting back on. We went as a family of 5 and had the most amazing day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of going on a boat trip.

COZMUEL-TOURS This was the worst tour i had ever done. I scheduled my horseback riding a little more then a month in advance. Per email instructions, I waited 48 hours to see if I got my confirmation email. I dint so i called like i was supposed to and twice i hear someone pick up the phone and hang up on me. The third time i talked to someone who assured me they would send out the email within 48 hours. This happened to me four times. On the fourth time some said they would take care of it again. About a day later ( 3 days before the booking) i got a call saying that time was no longer available, however they could move it about an hour sooner. That was no problem, then they called back and told me that company was no longer available and that they booked me with a different company. The ride would be 30 minutes less but the same amount of money. The reservation was two days away now so it was basically take this or nothing. The original trip was by an English speaking tour guide who took you by Mayan ruins and on the beach. The ride i got was just one guy who barely spoke to us at all. Our horses just followed his barely through the jungle. I don't blame him because I couldn't see what he was offering. I was just forced to go on this trip instead of the one I originally booked. The only thing I saw on that trip was a ton of garbage. I will never book with this sketchy company again. After sending them basically the same review the refunded me 15%.

Booked the dune buggy tour and it was quite a mess. To start, they sent us to the wrong pick up location, so we spent time and money (taxis) waiting 30-45 minutes for them to come to the location they told us to be. The buggies themselves were old, beat up and not road safe. Several of the seatbelts didn’t work and the front seat harnesses were attached to the back of the seats, which did not lock into place. In other words, if you crash, you will fold right into the dashboard. The first stop was supposed to be a snorkeling adventure, but we pull up and the guide tells us the beach is closed so we won’t be snorkeling today. He couldn’t have told us that before we started? Why don’t they have snorkel equipment for other beaches? He took us to another beach to swim, but that’s not really what we signed up for. They then took us to a hole in the wall restaurant with poor service and below average food. Lastly, the chocolate and tequila “tour” which is just another sales pitch for overpriced times and attempt to gouge us for money. The only reason I’m not giving one star is that the guide did try to be accommodating and make the most of what the company gave him. Almost forgot to mention both my daughter and I were burned by the exhaust on the dune buggy. No warning of hot exhaust right where you need to access your items in the trunk!

Our guide, George, was amazing. Not only was he a very attentive and safe driver, he also took time to explain the developments occurring in Quintana Roo. In addition, he helped us navigate the multiple tickets required for the Tulum Ruins, as well as helping us arrange for a private guide for the ruins. We had very minor difficulty getting our group of 6 from the cruise ship terminal to the ferry terminal and then back again. However, from the ferry terminal onwards (the part that Cozumel Tours is responsible for) was one of the best tour experiences I have had. Great customer focused guide, clean and comfortable vehicle, great communication, competitive pricing. I highly recommend Cozumel Tours and look forward to using them again for future activities!

This is an excellent company and I would recommend them again. We did a 2 tank dive in Cozumel. The guides were very experienced and friendly. Our cruise ship came in an hour late (we heard about it the night before). I immediately emailed them about it and they adjusted our time to an hour later so we wouldn't miss our dives. The response time was amazing. It was a small boat but it felt almost like we had a private excursion. I would dive with them again anytime.

We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience traveling to and from the airport. We walked out of the airport in Cozumel and were immediately greeted by an employee right where the confirmation email had stated they would be. It was a quick drive to the resort with a pleasant driver. Our return trip was delayed a day due to weather and the representatives at the resort answered our questions and made sure that our return went smoothly as well. Just like our trip to the resort, our trip returning to the airport was smooth and comfortable. Thank you for making this process smooth, convenient and enjoyable.

We had an amazing time with Arturo. He was all smiles and was a fantastic guide. We also had a lot of fun snorkeling with Isiah and Pork Chop. I’d highly recommend the ATV and snorkel to our friends.

We had a group of 4 and did a Jeep tour around the island and Carlos was our personal driver & tour guide. He was fabulous and we seen things and tasted things that we couldn't have gotten any other way! EXCELLENT

We were unaware that you could not flag a taxi at the Cozumel airport. You have to arrange shuttle service yourself. Our resort didn't offer this service either. I quickly made a reservation with Cozumel Tours for round trip shuttle to and from our resort the night before we flew out. I was a bit concerned since I did not provide much time for them to add us to their schedule. They came through without a hitch. We received a welcoming smile and helpful guidance from their staff. I will book with Cozumel Tours again when we visit. Finally, read their comments on their page. Go directly outside the airport and do not speak with anyone inside. The fact that they guide you to not get scammed is top notch to me.

Tour was great and the experience of driving the buggy was one not to forget. Would definitely recommend the tour to anyone visiting Cozumel.

Transfer was very smooth. It was easy to identify the correct person and she immediately took us over to get our ride. We were issued our return ticket the next day and he set us up with a couple fun adventures in between! Thanks for the great vacation help.
