Rosewood Family Residency, Yellow Lake Road, Yercaud. I stayed along with my family (3 of us) during Dec 2021. It was really pathetic experience. When enquired about the room before going they said it almost 1 km from the lake but it was almost 4 kms from the lake this hotel is situated. Even basic services are not provided properly at this stay. It was shivering cold but heater was not working in bathroom. Not even a dustbin provided in the room. Television was not working in the room. The wardrobes are full of dust they did not even bothered to clean the room before leaving it to the guests. We have not experienced this kind of service before and this is very worst of all. As for as I am concerned, I will not suggest this place for satisfactory stay.

Rooms are spacious but not so clean. Big spiders spotted many times. They have a nice backyard facing the woods and a small stream, but totally failed to capitalise that. Used the space to dump plastic waste and other stuff. Location is 3kms far from centre but is good. Breakfast will be provided on demand and to pay separately.

The hotel is okay and decent for a family stay. The small stream behind the property is fun to be at. However the main downfall is with the mobility. If you don't have your own vehicle don't even think to book here. No transport available (Auto to Lake is 250rs, literally robbing). Also biggest issue is they don't have restaurant and food is a issue. You can ask the reception to buy food but it will take lot of time and you will not receive food of ur choice. Overall it's a budget family stay. So don't expect more. Without vehicle don't ever go near this place.

Very dirty rooms and restroom no maintenance at all poor service even the bedsheets and towel were dirty at the time of checkin don't stay here by believing the pictures upload in their website.... Better look for any other option in yercaud other than this hotel

One of the good rooms for my stay....Located at Loop road which is approx. 2km from Yercaud lake....The rooms are pretty good with balcony views for the family rooms....They have an in-house restaurant which is decent when compared to other restaurants in and around the city....U need to order the food an hour before so that they can prepare it for u.....The hotel also has a small river stream flowing around it which seems to be a refreshing view from the balcony.. Mobile signals are weak here..Wifi is provided by which u can manage....They don't provide complimentary breakfast but that must not be an issue since the rooms are at affordable price...

The place was good...we booked a corporate stay... It was really good... You don't get any signals apart from Jio.. but Wifi was really good..it was around 50mbps.... They don't have a live restaurant..but the cook is ready to prepare food anytime you ask... Dinner with 7-NV starters and 2 veg starters was around 2k for 10 people... Very reasonable compare to the hotels near Lake...good space for firecamp and hangouts...the family room had two separate balcony for each portion.. Good to stay with family and friends

The rooms were neat and clean. Their manager was very friendly. Had a wonderful stay.

Rooms many cockroach and in bathroom snails and some species. No mosquito. But one person for maintenance is good, no one to help for luggage. Hygiene not worth the money. Stream is also not maintained.

Rooms looks and feel old. No restaurant option close by, nearest restaurant location is 3 kms away. The hotel has a small creek where we can relax. Way to the hotel is very scenic. The guy in the front desk is very friends and hospitable. Overall neutral opinion

This is just a pretend corporate hotel. The booking staff just sweet talk, they don't actually do anything helpful. In case of cancellation their policy is to take GST for that total booking not for the advance paid (Eg: If room booked for 5000 and paid 1000 as advance, id cancelled they deduct 18% GST from 5000 whereas the actual amount to be refunded is 1000), which is ridiculous. Even that they don't pay honestly. They make lot of mathematical mistakes. If we don't calculate the GST amount ourselves we will be tricked. The above scenario happened to me. Thankfully I quickly calculated and verified the amount and got the remaining funds.

Stayed here on 1 July during our ride to Yercaud. Peaceful place to stay, especially for riders. The rooms were neat and clean. Wifi available. The only con is you need to travel ~3km for a restaurant.

Pleasant stay in the Loop road away from noise. The caretaker is a nice person.
