Went today for style hair cutting and trimming. They charged 660 for both, the hair cutting was really amazing but the representative who worked on my hair is very lazy and not that much attentive. He said there is no hair wash on this package but when I asked the manager he said for all cutting the hair wash is included. Also they're using cold water for hair wash which is very bad in this cold climate. I asked him about hot water but he was just blabbering that summer is coming no one is interested in hot water, but it is January 11th and mid of heavy winter. I was very disappointed in this. If we ask for some corrections to be made that guy is simply giving some explanation on that correction. The trimming was performed for only 5 to 8 mins and they charged 170+. Felt like they didn't trim.

Expensive for a simple haircut and beard trim, No hairwash. It's ₹380. 250 ₹could've been fine for the service provided. But it is what it is. Ask for the price of the service before going in

Had WORST!!!!! experience. I had very long hair and asked for step + layer cut. And the response I got is they don't know it and asked to show picture in my mobile. As a reputed place they should have catalogue to service the customer instead asking us,which is unfair. 1. No hot water for hair wash 2. No proper cleaning of shampoo from scalp 3. MANISHA did hair cut which was worst...i lost my long hair and now i have bad haircut. 4. Apron was properly used. There was hairs all over my cloth. 5. Kinda of hair brush they used will leave scratches and blood on your scalp. 6. She doesn't know English or Tamil. She talks only Hindi 🧐 she doesn't understand what I'm saying. 7. Waste of paying 1100 for worst hair cut. I'm totally disappointed and lost my hair. Regretting each time I comb my hair.
