Hospital and medical field is not a business and it's purely a service. They treat their patients like scrap. The front office staff's behaviour is very rude. If you don't have service mindset, just run some other business for profit making. Learn some manners atleast and treat people with care and humanity. Appoint people who have service mindset and someone who is ready to serve with smile. I'm not blaming the treatment or the doctor but the way their staffs treat the patients and attenders. Hospitality comes first!!!
