I haven't got my deposit money after 45 working days + 13 days. Their executives also give you vague dates. They have a stupid policy of returning deposit money after 45 "WORKING DAYS." So I left the property on 15th July 2022, and my deposit money should have been credited back to me on 23rd September. Today is 6th October 2022 still waiting!! One week is understandable still, but 45 working days makes no sense. Also, after waiting this long, I have to ask for the deposit money again and again. They didn't wait for a day for the money, even after requesting it, and now when it's my turn, they are behaving so unprofessional. I don't have time to follow up every passing day for my own money!

TRIBE HOSTEL IS A SCAM!!!!! Its been months i have left the hostel and I have been constantly trying to reach out to them for my deposit refund, no one bothers to call back and are ignoring my calls on purpose. Not to mention they made all of us leave one month before the contract or forced us to enroll for another year which I obviously wasn’t going to do given how poorly I was treated there for the few months I stayed . The food is beyond pathetic, I got food poisoning thrice because of their food , there’s more water in dal than dal itself , chicken is always stale and you just cant consume it . There are spiders everywhere in the room , mice on the terrace and ground floor where the food is served . The laundry guy would ruin clothes and speak to girls rudely on top of that. I was made to leave the hostel in may and they promised my advance and left over month’s money by September, its November today and I still haven’t gotten my money back and haven’t received any updates from them regarding. They really dont care about the students that live there , its all about the money for them . There’s multiple students like me who still haven’t received the money and can back me up on how poorly we were treated there . Sending your child to this hostel will be the biggest mistake , you are risking the well being of your child and wasting your money.

I am a current resident of Tribe Luxury Student Hostel Wakad. I am staying here from past 4 months and the staff here is very disrespectful. If the resident have an emergency or any sort of problem the staff talk’s inappropriately and very arrogantly. Currently i am facing a problem.

Honestly not gonna give them a single star but had to.. Firstly their management is very poor. We complaint about food 1000 times but nothing changed. Then they applied electricity bills on residents. And now when we left the hostel because of this things, they’re not paying us our deposit money. (SCAMMERS) Firstly they used to pick our calls and tell dates. And now they’re not even picking calls of ex-residents. I have 4 5 friends of mine who didn’t get their money back yet. Guys if you’re looking for good hostel then NEVER EVER choose TRIBE. Veryyy poor service👎🏻

Tribe is definitely a cool place with nice rooms and amazing food (usually).The let down is the laundry service, that is extremely horrible. I’ve had pieces misplaced, lost, had my laundry completely switched.This happens on a VERY regular basis. It’s a constant problem that you’ve to deal with every time you give your laundry. Tribe needs to find a better way to manage laundry. The gym could also use more equipment as very few are present in the gym.

The amenities provided here were very excellent. They have well furnished rooms, advanced alarm system for smoke detections, spacious cafeteria, work faciliion each floor so basically it is like a heaven for a student to live here. Only thing is the cost which is bit high, that is because the plethora of services provided. A must visit place in case a student needs a room.

Tribe hostel is a perfect example of home away from home, the environment of this place can surely win everyones heart. The facilities provided by the hostel are one of the best in viman nagar and definitely recommend every college student for this wonderful private hostel

Tribe stays is one of the best hostels a student can get. The head of operations Omkar Shidore is proactive and super fast in solving any problem. The food of Tribe stays wakad is decent and hopefully with new vendors for catering the food quality and taste is bound to improve. However the sales management experience has been terrible. Once the student has paid for the room, the sales department is very slow in providing documents like GST invoice and not issuing it by the company's name.

Currently i am residing in tribe stays wakad, their staff isn’t very responsive plus they are very rude to the people residing here! Issues aren’t solved on time & the services they provide isn’t good at all! Not a bit happy

SCAM PLACE - TRIBE IS A FRAUD They act all professional, DO NOT BE FOOLED by their act. I have been waiting for my deposit for 6 months now. They do not pick calls also! You can call them a million times and they will still not pick. BIG FRAUD! Do not ever make the mistake of giving them money. They will ask for everything in advance and when the time comes to return money, they will disappear. FAKE REVIEWS - their own salespeople are the only ones giving them 5 stars. I know their names and they are leaving reviews to save their face. You know how bad things are. Return back the money of all the people!!!!!

Extremely unsupportive and rude staff. There were a lot of issues with the stay - from the drain getting clogged to frequent power cuts. They don't respect the privacy of their residents at all and barge into rooms without any prior notice. There is a segregation for boys and girls and this limits girls from even using facilities like indoor sports that are there on the boys' floor. Their laundry service is extremely poor and untimely.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hostel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and top-notch facilities. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The common areas were vibrant and perfect for meeting new people. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality – the staff, especially the receptionist Parikshit, went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome and had a great time. Parikshit's behaviour was very good and helpful, adding a personal touch to the experience. While the (food quality was okay), everything else more than made up for it. The fun events they organized, every aspect of my stay was fantastic. If you're looking for a memorable hostel experience, I highly recommend this place!

Was looking for accommodation for a couple of months when I was visiting pune for work. Luckily I came across tribe. I liked the vibe of the place. The amenities they provided are top notch. The hospitality at this place is excellent. I felt that only scope of improvement is daily cleaning. While the cleanliness of the common spaces is done daily. Rooms are cleaned only twice a week . The highlight of the property for me was the common workstation. Since I was traveling for work it came in handy.

One star for a working AC. One star that my water heater was fixed after a month of complaining. Just woke up in the middle of the night, there's no sound proofing in the rooms, writing this review at 3am since i can hear every noise outside my door and outside the window. Try to get a room away from the common TV on the floor, maybe you'll be able to sleep. The milk is water, so whoever is so happy about the milk should also be happy about getting drinking water. The chicken dish every day is mostly just bones, idk why it's hyped so much. Men can't play carrom cause it's kept on the women's floor. There's no one at the reception to help with changing my room and i just want to sleep which feels like a luxury in this luxury hostel. The laundry people will also make holes in the collar of your t-shirt to track it rather than take an extra second to punch the hole in the plastic tag. So minus one star for that

Laundary service is pathetic. My expensive clothes were damaged and were not taken care of. Please look out into the same and do the needful as I can't afford this type of mismanagement of clothes..

I've experienced full luxury at Tribe, excellent services of laundry, pantry and room cleaning. All the staffs are very friendly and polite. Although it need some improvement in the taste of food but my overall experience was very good.

Tribe made my stay delightful! Mouthwatering food, incredible amenities, and a truly beautiful experience. It is not just a place, its a home like feeling, where you have people that take care of the community and make you feel at Home! The stay was a memorable one!

This place doesn’t return the advance given. It is 6 months since the student vacated the hostel and the advance is not returned. You call them, initially they were responding but now they don’t pick the phone. Pricey place can’t return the advance. Will they allow to stay a day after the rent is due? Need to see options to recover the advance. I hear many have this issue

I had an exceptional experience staying at Tribe Luxury Student Hostel & CoLiving in Wakad, Pune. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. A beautiful place for longer stays near Wakad. Majority of the residents were students, and it was fun staying there. We were facilitated with games like Table Tennis, Foosball, carrom board and few other board and card games at the breakout area. The Tribe desk people were always available to support with room related issues. Though there were bit issues with the laundry but yes Tribe finally changed the vendor and buffet is good at taste and can be more interesting (taste wise)..Cheers to Team Tribe :)

The hostel is great. It has good food, all the amenities, good rooms, security, etc. It is best for the students or working professionals having there colleges/working space nearby. The only thing I tink it has to manage is the rent, it's on the expensive side of the spectrum. 20k per month. If it had been more of like 15-16k, maybe even by reducing some amenities it would have been even better.

Insanely good facilities @price of 22,000 per month. Three-time full meals with tea-time snacks, unlimited milk, coffee, and plenty of fruits are provided. Overall if you are comfortable with the price then it's a fantastic student hostel. Room Service, Laundry facilities are also provided. AC rooms with electricity and water charges included.
