This budget hotel has a lot of good surprises and a few misses as well. Let me first state the good points. Very economical rates for the amenities offered! Rooms are quite spacious and have all the basic comforts in place like large enough beds, good lighting, AC, TV, clean bathrooms, room furniture, wardrobe and 24-hour hot water! The staff is also quite helpful. Iron is provided on request. They also serve complimentary breakfast at their restaurant downstairs. While it is limited in quantity, it is sufficient and of good quality. I had fresh and tasty poha along with hot tea. There are a few things that need some improvements: the actual entrance at the ground floor to the hotel, which is located on the fourth floor looks very shady! It needs to be better and safe for women travelers at night. Maintenance needs a lot of improvement; for example the simple mirror in my bathroom was missing. Bedsheets and blankets need regular washing. There has to be a bucket in the rooms.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Room service is most pathetic. Behavior was poor. The elevator service was not good. Got stuck in the lift multiple times. Power cut, water cut issues are common there. You have to call for room cleaning, they won't do it by themselves. Their window was sealed, you can't open it. The exhaust fan was not working in the toilet. The complementary water was only 100ml, other than you have to buy from them. Which is very pathetic. If you are looking for a good stay don't stay there ever. I repeat don't. You will regret it.

Now after trying several 1000000 times to explain and get refund nobody is responding and trying listen to our issue. The charge for per night was 980 rs first and suddenly it went to 2230rs per night when we wanted to extedn one day.The BIGGEST THUGS everrrr... please guys avoid staying at OYO hotels in furure.. Poorest Customer support and worst service.

FabHotel Gharonda Residency was a decent hotel. Firstly it was complete value for money. The rooms were spacious and neat. It felt like home with the lampshades and frames. The room was also well equipped with the AC, TV and sufficient lighting. They had also kept bottled water in the room. There was hot water available at our disposal. The washrooms was neat, but could be kept a little more clean. The staff was very helpful and cooperative from getting us and our stuff to the rooms to helping us with an iron early in the morning. The rooms also had a well lit and we'll positioned place for dressing. They also have cupboards and racks to keep your things. The breakfast was served at their restaurant Gharonda on the ground floor. The breakfast was tasty and as per authentic maharashtrian style. The restaurant was well designed and welcoming. The only drawback with the hotel was that the hotel lacks a safe and decent entrance. As a woman I would never have gone up alone but I managed to since I had some of my male colleagues with me. It's a very very shady entrance. If its well lit and kept clean and neat it would make it more comfortable and safe for women to go up to the fourth floor. I would suggest just this one thing to be looked into.

We were denied check in, with confirm and paid booking from Goibibo, saying sold out. The reception guy says it's not his responsibility to inform customers prior until they visit after a tiring day and hears a denial of check in. He probably enjoys denying check in, very bad human at reception.
