    I got a cancellation.from staybird bliss,pune without any notice and that pulled me to this fabulous second home. Here you find professionalism at its best. Sandesh - A guy with a golden heart,ever ready to offer help to our baby with its food preparation. I got a little late checkin and they offered me complimentary afternoon food. Service, rooms and the location, deserve my best pat...do visit this place not only to chill yourself but to experience the hospitality as well

    Good rooms but bit of maintenance is required. Nothing too shabby though. The food here is good and the breakfast buffet is tasty. The location is also great and easy to access. Great staff and hospitality

    Very nice ambience here. The corridor was good and clean. Staff behavior was so nice and humble. The best point about this place is it's location. Near pcmc metro station, from which you can take metro to different parts of city. The thing it lacks was the room size was bit small. It would be better if it's size were little big. Rest is good here along with food available here.

    The rooms are quite unkept.... The shower cubicles don't get cleaned I had to ask the cleaner to do it. They don't open windows and the rooms get stuffy. If there is no client they should aerate the rooms. The service is good and the staff is friendly. Very friendly and the food is awesome! The ambience too was excellent 💯. I would advise the management to do thorough cleaning of the hotel, the washrooms and remove stains there. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay there as it's close to amenities.

    We had booked and reached early before checkin time as we drove from mumbai all the way and wanted to halt halfway at Ginger hotel Pune before proceeding with the trip further to Goa. So we booked a room at this hotel. When we reached I met a reception guy ' Hritik' who said if I checkin early I will need to pay for 1 day extra 7500. If I had a number lesser than 0 I would like to rate them. 1st experience and worst. Even the hotel look is so poor from outside.

    Stayed here a second time. Pretty good reception from the main desk. The restaurant staff were equally courteous. I think the staffs name was Hari Om and Abhishek. The House keeping staff were equally courteous and attended our needs with quick service. Mr. Somnath and Mrs. Kavita attended our needs on both my trips and there were 2 others as well on my first trip. Overall the Room service and the house keeping Service provided for both my stays was pretty good (Some hotels even though their 4 stars lack this.). So Ginger pimpri gets a thumbs up in my book. My only small niggle is that they have to something to upgrade their key card system. The card loses its swipe ability when it placed close to a mobile phone. I hope they upgrade to a rfid or a chip based card system.

    I had a wonderful experience at Ginger Pune Pimpri! The housekeeping staff, especially Somnath, were exceptional in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of my room.     Location is adjacent to main high way with good accessibility. Rooms are good & the service has improved. Food is also good, don't say great but at the end of the day when u get back tiered, you have something there for you. Overall a very good executive budget hotel serving your purpose of stay.

    Poorly maintained rooms with a wifi service that will want you to switch to mobile data. Bathrooms look archaic with water issues. Hotel is somewhat tucked away from main road beside a small lane. Food was pathetic except the breakfast Only plus point being staff being cooperative. Otherwise there are a lot of things left wanting after paying more than reasonable amount

    We had a nice, relaxed stay. All the Staffs - room service, restaurant, reception, were very helpful. Abhishek was very nice to us and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed with our 2year old kid. The entire staff is kid friendly.

    No proper response, give false information to customer. My booking is done one RBL but they did not allot me the room. They told us this booking is fake. I was share mail confirmation to ginger but they denied to that mail.

    First of all, on arrival they were asking for booking number though it is through company. The room reminded me of not even one star local lodge. The first room they gave, ac was not working. Plus seeing a fan inside ac room is like even more funny and startling at the same time. After complaining they first said no other rooms available. then they said, they can give a smaller room. Finally changed to another room where I felt at least AC is running. Later the night shift manager updated that the other room ac did not have enough gas. I heard from my colleague staying in another room that there also, the blow is very low. Most likely these people have not paid AMC for ac. Not sure it would really save the cost or increase it by higher electricity consumption. Also for the first time, the wifi is metered to only chat and mail. Anything more that needs speed, is extra charge.

    Located in a very good place. Walkable distance to metro and RTC stop. But the hygienic standards are questionable. Rooms are not well maintained. The bedsheets smell unhygienic. Switches are partly broken and the refrigerator does not work. Luke warm shower only. Door lock is tricky. The card sometimes does not open the room door. Have to try multiple times. Only 1 lift with max 4 passengers at a time. Breakfast is complimentary and again there is only limited option buffet for breakfast. Don't expect high quality. It's just ok. Also you have to mention your room number twice or thrice to them. I personally felt embarrassed when three people asked me for my room number. Two people while I'm having my breakfast. 1 person while I'm having coffee. No buffet option for lunch. You have to order the food from the menu provided. Again, if there is no crowd, they will not even turn on the AC. I kept sweating throughout my lunch session but they did not bother even after i asked. Their standards are not upto the mark. The hospitality they offer should be compelling us to come back to their hotel. But sadly they are the only 2 star hotel in that particular area. So we do not have much of an option anyway. So their standards are applied automatically.

    Very shocked to see the cleanliness and hygiene levels at this hotel. I don't think the bath room doors had every been cleaned, especially from the inside. The backdrop at the reception area was shabby. The Taj group would do itself a favour to improve quality control.

    The room could do with deep cleaning. The bathroom door inside has never been cleaned. Shocked that the Tata group will allow such a shabby hotel on their roster.

    Very Worst Experience in Ginger. Very Worst condition room, they're not ready to give another room. It was a very unpleasant smell when I entered the room, The washroom flush was not working properly, and the water kettle was unhygienic, The wardrobe is in broken condition.

    Great hotel for business people... Polite & friendly staffs... Everyday rooms are kept in neat and clean condition, Special thanks to Kavitha Gaikwad for that... Complementary breakfast adding extra color for the stay especially for south Indian food.

    Not so clean bedding and pillow covers, torn small holes... Passage is completely stale and smelly, also once you enter the room, greeted with some bad smell. Toilet is a little clean, spacious and the ONLY + point☝️ but noisy junk Window AC keeps you awake full night. No spoons, water, forks at dining tables you need to keep begging 😞 Not worth the price you pay....

    I had a business visit at Ginger Hotel, I like the ambience which is quite, safe & positive. Staff is very cooperative & quick, more improvement required with respect to food quality. Rest all is okay .. Good to go!!

    Rooms are of decent size but the main problem is you have to bear with the noise or sound of people chit chatting/ watching tv or anything in next room . Water available is not hot enough . Location is excellent . If the rooms were sound proof it would have been more better to avoid disturbance. This is an old hotel so structure and facilities are old now . Else service , people and ambience is good.

    I checked in at midnight for which I had already informed hotel staff on same day afternoon. Still I have to wait for 40 minutes for room and then again I have to change it since it was very dirty and uncleaned. If you want to order food, nobody picks up your call on landline, if you had given laundry, they will not deliver on time. To add to it, you will also experience unprofessional staff behaviour since entire staff is new and nobody has idea how to behave with their guest. I had never had such nightmare experience from hotel chain like ginger which comes under prestigious Tata group. I stayed in other branches in past and head great time but this Ginger hotel branch really requires serious attention

    Reception is very slow and clueless.For room service and other assistance,u have to wait for hours.Bathroom is always wet for never-stopping taps. Ginger Wakad is a far more likely place to stay at.

    Lite three-star hotel with all the amenities and reasonable rates. The staff are doing their best to keep guests happy. The food was delicious, and the menu is best for less than a week's stay. Standard single rooms feel compact, and they are not soundproof. But they are welcoming and serviced every day. The hotel can collect feedback post-billing about the improvements rather than waiting till guests publish them in the Google reviews. Personally i noticed the insulated glass in my room does not lock properly, and the hotel compound could be improved to make it more walker-friendly.

    The room was smelly and the fan was creaking (Which never got solved till the last day of my stay). The TV wasn't functioning and the remote was absolutely useless. The food is decent, but apart from that if you are expecting great service then you're in for a surprise

    It's a decent hotel. You have to pay in advance. Staff at the reception and at the restaurant is good and courteous. When I visited not all rooms were renovated, for this reason few of my colleagues stayed in room which was very damp to the eye compared to renovated rooms which was bright and refreshing. They service breakfast in the morning. It is more of an executive hotel for business travellers.

    For me the best of this hotel was it service , really awesome receptionist i have ever had so humble and genuine , kitchen stuff were also awesome, what i did not liked is the hotel, rooms were clean but had very bad ventilation, no source of fresh air. You have to either open window or ac for that. It was not architect like a hotel, it was more like something else.Not worth the price they seek for.

    Good hotel. Rooms and service is excellent. Food can be improved. Great experience of 12 days here. Free wifi has a speed like 2G for good speed you have to buy plan for 80₹/hour.

    The best thing about this hotel is their service. The staff at the front desk are efficient and handle their guests with care. I would specifically want to mention two names here - Mr Ritwik Nandan and Ms. Pratiksha. I found both of them smilingly accommodating every request of the guests. The hotel manager is also efficient and helpful. Room services are very prompt. Other than that, my room was very basic. No frills but clean band well maintained. I am yet to have their food. Some usual freebies are charged, like, I wanted a dental kit and that was charged at Rs. 20 (+taxes) when most hotels give it for free. So, whatever you don't get at the property, the good service balances it somehow. Get a good online deal to book this hotel and it will be all worth it.

    It’s better to stay at any guest house or Home stay rather wasting money in the name of hotel. 1. Room size is very small 2. Every thing is chargeable i.e, Saving kit, Dental Kit etc. 3. No hospitality 4. No body will care when you enter inside the campus to check in till drop at your room

    Not a value for money. Delayed service. Mattress quality is very poor. Poor Internet service. Furniture is too old. It looks like we are staying in Dharamshala. First time I stayed in any Ginger and found the reviews are true as received from friends. You can try better hotels at the price which Ginger is charging.

    I stayed just a week back ie 3rd weekend of December. The booking was done 3 months in advance with double bed + extra bed. Really disappointed. I was looking forward to stay in Ginger as i had a good stay in Ginger Madgaon Goa. But in Pimpri it was really disappointing. 1) No board on the main road which can tell us where the hotel is. 2) On reaching the place, we got twin sharing bed only . The double bed was given to another marriage party which had come. On checking with manager he said all rooms are occupied. That was very unprofessional. Because we too had 10 rooms booked in the hotel . 3) Intercom not working. Couldn't order anything from the room and had to go to the restaurant. 4) Stay was for 2 nights but the next day rooms were not cleaned till 3PM. Had to tell them 2-3 times to clean the room and i got the response that first preference is given to the people who are going to check in next. So those rooms they need to keep ready before the already existing people in the hotel . 5) Even after cleaning the rooms, fresh towels were not provided. Had to wait another 4-5 hours for it, 5) Breakfast was very ordinary. not much varieties. Ginger has its brand but i was shocked to see the way it was in Pune.

    The hotel is a very well located hotel. Great food good rooms and mind blowing staff. Everyone is really helpful here specially Mr. Hariom and Mr. Ajay from the food department take care of you very nicely. They are well trained and well behaved. Mr. Jugal from the reception desk also helped us well in our 5 day stay at the hotel. Must visit.

    Nice Hotel to stay. Cool and calm.. neat clean Hotel. No default brake fast or dinner with booking.. You have to select the option. Other wise they charge extra for Food.. Little confusing location for Cab drivers get up to Hotel gate... also know Sign board from Service road..

    Room cleaning was good. The stay here's is pretty staff is cooperative and hotel was good.Room service is also good. Locality is very nice.
