It is kind of a hostel and not hotel….. but with private rooms. Room sizes are decent though. Since it is new everything looks fine. Linens are a bit dirty though. You have to ask for toiletries and for drinking water, though free are not kept in the room by default. Would recommend this hotel only if you are tight on a budget and travelling solos……

It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Very good staff, provided us with a room upgrade and the the bathroom and room were very clean. The location of the hotel is also very convenient from the station and all tourist spots. Overall a good stay within a budget. Highly recommend.

This hotel is a good place to stay if you are in Indore. Personally, I had a good experience where the rooms and bathroom were clean and very well maintained. Good room service too. Staff were welcoming and had a good behaviour. The only suggestion I have is the staff should avoid asking customers to upgrade from their present booking to avoid any hassles.

During my stay for two days in October, 2023, the hotel was not ready completely still they are taking customers' booking. Changed room because bathroom door was not being locked and flush was not working. Even doormats were dirty. Moreover, the cupboard was placed on wall behind the bed in such a way that you will hit the head while getting up from the bed. My father was injured. The second room provided had no TV connection and to shut the main door of the room, we had to struggle. Main thing, owner was giving some discount on giving 5 star reviews on google and booking website which is unethical. Still, the staff was trying their hard to resolve the issues.

Worst hotel to stay in... Rooms are good but staff is extremely untrained. and there's no management at all. Manager is worst person you'll meet. He'll keep you waiting for anything you will ask him for. We had to wait for check in for half hour and 1 hour for check out and remove car from parking. They tell you there's parking space but actually there's no parking space only 2-4 cars can park and they asked us to park under the government bridge for 1 night and 1 night we Parked in their parking but it damaged our car. Don't recommend this to anyone..

It was really very nice experience to be staying in this hotel. Staff are awesome and the way hospitality and services was there was also awesome. Nice and comfortable rooms and centre of the city to move anywhere easily.

This place is good if you want to stay with someone or if you are alone. Staff behaviour is very nice. I had only reason for giving them 4 stars. Which is- bedsheets and pillows are not clean. They had dust/hair of previous owner on them. They should look into this.
