She is so rude behavior and worst Dr I have seen ever, she doesn't no how to treat and behave with patients, I had so bad experience with her, include staff is so illiterate yrr and all 5star reviwes are fake.!!

Bansal diagnostics is well known for their great and appreciable work they treat patients like family they never ever misbehave with patients. They take all the precautions while the tests. Best Reports are given. Pantual about the timings. Safety and security is their priority. I recommend you to visit and have great experience there.

Do not come here for any test. You will only waste time. -No point in taking appointment as you have to waste atleast 2hours and then any diagnostic procedure will be performed on your patient. -Overexpensive than other service providers. -Not accepting online mode of payment and staff will force you to pay in cash only (easy case of black money receipts as cash receipts are easily hidable from income tax). - Staff is untrained and rude. Politeness is not their forte. Other people I watched here who came here were feeling same as me i.e. Annoyed. This place is far from providing a good customer service. (Thought Doctor is good and polite) Hence, you should avoid coming here and better go for other service providers to have your patient diagnosed. PS - Most of the 5star good reviews are fake. Those might be paid reviews to suppress actual bad reviews.

Staff is illiterate and very disrespectful towards the customer. No one takes anything seriously there. And there was no point of taking the appointment because you have to wait Atleast one hour even after taking the appointment. Prices are really expensive and they don’t even have the card machine. When we asked for the card machine, Theystarted ignoring and teasing each other( haa toh krlo agar kr paa rahe ho toh). And the doc also caused pregnancy problem during the sonography. NEVER visiting ever again.

The staff is highly qualified and provides excellent service. They offer instant reporting, and the lab is impeccably clean and well-maintained. All protocols are diligently followed.

Kriti Bansal madam is very soft hearted.. She is a very calm and resolved personality woman. I understand her better than my gynecologist Madam explains very lovingly

very rude and unprofessional behavior by both staff and doctor Krati Bansal. Doctor knows only how do and print sonography, if you ask any question she will reply "I dont know ask your doctor I am only radiologist" and this is also in rude behavior. And front desk staff will give you answer but very rudely and in arguing manner. Believe me these are all paid or influenced reviews. never visiting again.

Dr. Krati Bansal Mam is very polite and good behaviour. Overall it's very good.
