The location is a bit boring. We expected a more spectacular park. Housing is located next to the local villagers. A bit smelly as they burn whatever they can afford. Air pollution is a problem. The main building has a problem with ventilation as Spa can be perceived anywhere in a building. The food was disappointing, probably chef trying to be the original. With no success. Seasoning is a problem. Disappointing breakfast. Not because we had to wait for the scrambled eggs which were good but because the bread was not freshly baked. I am sure there is a bakery around. If not why not bake yourself? Excellent Spa. Really worth recommending. Large pool. Great whirlpool area. really absolutely great. Excellent saunas: infrared, finish, and the Turkish plus the herbal one. I would come back just for the spa- Else, a bit of disappointment. This is why only 3 stars.

Very nice hotel in a huge park area. As seen in the picture the buildings look really nice and made the impression of a somehow recent renovation. The rooms are fine with A/C and heater, nothing out of the ordinary but comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very nice as well. Sometimes communicating in English can be challenging but everyone is motivated to help you.

Excellent place to relax surrounded by an enchanting nature

The hotel is a good option to have a relaxing day at the spa and the rooms are really nicely decorated and set up. The staff was helpful and kind throughout the whole stay. The spa is really nice and was perfectly clean. We booked the Wellness AllInclusive package so we had a dinner included. The menu was definitely improvable. What, to us, was unacceptable is that the hotel allows guests to have dinner at the restaurant (Sussane restaurant) dressed in a bathing suit, flip flops and the bathrobe from the room.

Amazing place to enjoy staying and, why not, exploring the sorroundings (Lublin, Kazimierz Dolny...) if provided with a car. The rooms, both the biggest and the regular ones are incredibly comfortable. The restaurant is really good and the morning buffet unbeatable. Finally, the SPA, provided with amazing nature views is incredible. Absolutely advisable!

Despite the information on the booking.com about having mosquito nets on windowsa, there were none in the room which made us a mosquito supper. Also there was really hot in the room and we had no option to cool it down - there was no ventilation

Spacious rooms, well equipped spa, delicous food, friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get away from daily routine and relax

Very nice place with good food and well kept hotel grounds. I would rate it 5* unfortunately they had some issues with the pool during my stay and I was unable to use it.

Very, very good food! Especially the soups are amazing. The hotel is very cozy with a really great spa. Perfect for a relaxed weekend.

Great place, comfortable rooms, many amenities but above all - great service and super tasty food! One needs to mention that the spa crew and massages are really at the highest level!

Beautiful hotel within nice environment

Check in personal did not speak english. But food was great, views perfect and breakfest excelent. Did not visited spa are but it looked very nice and inviting.
