After my 'lost passport' experience I can't speak highly enough of this hotel. I left my passport in my room after checking out early in the morning, and as soon as the manager found out he placed several international calls to my Australian number. When I got the voicemails upon returning to Melbourne, I emailed the hotel to ask that they please post the passport to me and offering to pay for any costs. They promptly posted it, emailed me the tracking number and ETA, and advised that the hotel would cover the costs. Now that is what I call service! This very impressive example of customer service aside, the hotel itself is clean, friendly, quiet and located on a serene hilltop just above the town. Thankyou!

Brilliant place, great restaurant, quality food . And you can charge your electric car on Tesla destination charger, there are two of them. One for Tesla only and another one for any type 2 compatible EV

We stopped for lunch here when on a day trip in Kazimierz Dolny and had a great time. We came down from the castle with our kids and were nervous seeing all the crowds. Then we saw a sign advertising the hotel’s restaurant with a playground. Sold. This place is a 15-min or so hike uphill from the Rynek, but it feels so quiet and peaceful - like a different world. The garden was lovely, filled with big umbrellas offering shade on a hot day, the playground was a huge hit, and the Polish classics were tasty. But what really made me take time to write a review was how nice the staff were. They were so friendly and helpful. They even brought out balloons for the kids to play with. My daughter had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. This was such a nice interlude in our day - definitely recommend it!

Very nice staff, they served us even though they had 2 events booked.

The staff is very accommodating. We weren't guests of the hotel and when we asked if we could sit outside, the lady suggested we should go on the sunbeds instead. It seemed like those were for hotel guests. We spent 3 hours blissfully relaxing. We even started looking to get a room, but obviously everything is booked for the next couple of months.

Very nice location for dinner outside of the busy center. Food is OK if a bit inconsistent. Chłodnik was very tasty but way too thick and too creamy. Placki z cukinii also tasty but mushy and undone. The steak simply not good. Indyk z wątróbką absolutely excellent... You simply never know :) The playground outside the restaurant is always great when dining with kids. Staff is very friendly and service quick. Payment by credit card no problem

We appreciated very much that hotel, nice rooms, quite friendly service, good spa/relax area with jacuzzi sauna and hammam, and relax zone. Massages are a bit expensive but well done. The surroundings are interesting. Position very close to the tower, castle, market square and 3 crosses hill.

We had a lunch at the restaurant there and it was a very good choice. Quiet, modern space with great set up and charming terase. Most of all though a food was just spot on. Highly recommended!
