After
my
'lost
passport'
experience
I
can't
speak
highly
enough
of
this
hotel.
I
left
my
passport
in
my
room
after
checking
out
early
in
the
morning,
and
as
soon
as
the
manager
found
out
he
placed
several
international
calls
to
my
Australian
number.
When
I
got
the
voicemails
upon
returning
to
Melbourne,
I
emailed
the
hotel
to
ask
that
they
please
post
the
passport
to
me
and
offering
to
pay
for
any
costs.
They
promptly
posted
it,
emailed
me
the
tracking
number
and
ETA,
and
advised
that
the
hotel
would
cover
the
costs.
Now
that
is
what
I
call
service!
This
very
impressive
example
of
customer
service
aside,
the
hotel
itself
is
clean,
friendly,
quiet
and
located
on
a
serene
hilltop
just
above
the
town.
