I went to Dr. Dębski, whose visits were always quick, but he ordered all the necessary tests and the visits were in a pleasant atmosphere. I went to allergist Baliszewska with my children - I gave up because it was a failure. With both children, the best prescription for the doctor was to recommend a trip and a change of environment. She saw no indications for further testing. I made them myself privately... A very difficult person in relations with patients. I definitely won't recommend it to anyone. Now I only go to the otolaryngologist Ciurzyńska. At first glance, she may seem unpleasant and look down on a mother concerned about her children's health. But now, three years after the first visit, he knows me and the children, knows that I have some knowledge and treats me normally. I also know how to prepare for visits to her :) It's a pity that her office was moved upstairs, where healthy children who came only to check their ears have contact with patients waiting to see an internist. There is a pharmacy and a small parking lot on site. Fortunately, you can also park along the street.

Less than zero crap straight from the Polish People's Republic, I waited 4 months for one test, the day before the visit it was postponed, the second test was scheduled with a date half a year in advance... And it was also canceled without setting a date.... Brazen registrar ladies. Overall, it's one big finishing shop

I can compare it with another clinic in our city, so I recommend it with a clear conscience. The ladies at the reception were very nice and friendly, much unlike the other clinic. Recently, I came across a young receptionist who is always helpful, suggests solutions, and adjusts appointment dates - a very positive thing and it is clear that she is interested in the patient's well-being. Dr. Betkowska, competent and empathetic, I'm glad I found her. The ladies in the treatment room do a difficult job without any reservations, efficiently and with humor. To sum up, for me it's a patient-facing clinic, better than some private facilities.

Approach to the patient - below any standards and rules. 3 weeks of waiting for an appointment and then on the day of the appointment you are sent back with a notice that unfortunately the test or visit will not take place because they do not have funds for it from the National Health Fund. A pregnant woman is left alone with her problem, because no one will examine her, will not take care of her pregnancy and will not issue a certificate that she is pregnant. SEND IT AWAY to any other facility but theirs. EMBARRASSMENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITS AND SERVICES AT THIS FACILITY. SCANDAL.

The assessment involves a community midwife. The first visit was scheduled twice. The first time, the midwife canceled the visit and rescheduled it for another date. The second time she didn't even speak. A frivolous person. A month passes and there is no contact with the midwife.

In case of continuation of treatment, it is possible to order a prescription via the website and have it filled at any pharmacy after receiving an SMS with a code. I go to specialists in this clinic and I am satisfied with their professional knowledge, which they willingly share. I also signed up my child. Yesterday I went with a referral and was pleasantly surprised - the lady at the registration desk suggested an earlier date than the one I had set over the phone. Thanks to this kindness, the visit will take place a few months earlier.
