    hi Guys i visited general doctor today. He was very rude and miss behaving that he was slamming prescription on table and every time i ask something he was saying what like i was not paying for his visit. seriously in the middle of Warsaw it is shameful for Polmed having doctor like him. not happy with doctor. thanks

    I visited here for a medical examination for work and the doctor was rude, he didn't ask anything about my health just marked all the boxes aggressively. I wouldn't recommend this place

    The lack of an effective queuing system is frustrating and inconvenient. During visits, which are theoretically scheduled for specific hours, doctors in many cases do not call patients by name. Instead, in some offices (not all), we only hear a general "come in", which creates confusion and uncertainty. You need to ask other patients about their visiting hours and count on an honest answer. I believe that the clinic should consider introducing an electronic patient calling system or at least a simple number system that would increase transparency and comfort of using the facility.

    You get a paid appointment at 16:00…. with two other people on the same hour. And the answer you get after asking what’s wrong is “you’ve got to wait your turn” - even though you booked and paid for it to be at 16:00, not the whole day

The lady at the reception explained everything to me, set really convenient dates (and my work is not an easy topic) and was nice and smiling, which is rare now. I wholeheartedly recommend 👍🏼 (Original) Byłam ostatnio na wizycie u lekarza, a często nie bywam w takich miejscach i nie za bardzo wiem co się z czym je. Pani na recepcji wszystko mi wytłumaczyła, wyznaczyła naprawdę dogodne terminy (a z moja praca to nie jest łatwy temat) i do tego była miła i uśmiechnięta co teraz rzadko się zdarza. Z całego serca polecam 👍🏼

In these difficult times, entering the clinic where they greet the patient with an unforced smile is something rare. (Original) W dniu dzisiejszym byłam na szczepionce razem z córką w przychodni. P. Danuta (pielęgniarka) w punkcie szczepień - rewelacja, bezpolesnie, szybko i z, uśmiechem wita pacjentów. Nie jest ważne czy to duży czy to mały pacjent. Pozdrawiam obsługa rejestracji to samo, z uśmiechem wita każdego. Pan Doktor który nas kwalifikował do szczepienia również zasługuje na wyrazy uznania. W dzisiejszych tak trudnych czasach wejść do przychodni gdzie witają pacjenta z niewymuszonym uśmiechem to coś rzadko spotykanego.

    I have an appointment with Mrs. Olena's neurologist. Despite Mrs. Olena's huge delay (an hour), no one from the facility bothered to inform me about it. It was only when I asked after 15 minutes what was going on with Oabia that the doctor became interested. It's good that the receptionist saved the situation. I appreciate your efforts. Anyway. What is the difference between NFZ and Polmed? At least the National Health Fund will inform the doctor about the delay. The doctor didn't even want to perform an examination, she just issued a referral. Tests were carried out only at my request. To be clear, I arrived with a head injury. Edit - the doctor forgot that he was on duty. This is the real answer, which you also know.

    Low level of involvement of the reception staff in their work. Low level of patient reception in the doctor's office. The level of patient reception from the reception to the doctor's office needs to be improved. The harsh assessment was dictated by the low level of work performed and making it difficult for the patient to have access to an ECG test before the visit, as during a visit to the doctor's office. Moreover, I would like to add that in a competitive company, each patient is obliged to perform an ECG before visiting a cardiologist, and only then is he admitted to the doctor's office with the ECG result.

    I recommend the facility, professional service, ladies at the reception are nice and helpful. I had occupational medicine tests performed there, everything went smoothly and without queues. I especially recommend Dr. Anna Jezierska, a very nice and helpful person, makes me want to go for such tests :)

    The level of service (registration) is a joke. I was misled, even though registration requires training in issuing invoices. After reporting the complaint, the lady handling the e-mail turned out to be another person who could benefit from customer service training. I rarely leave reviews, but this facility, or at least the people working there, is a complete misunderstanding. I'm still waiting for clarification on the situation where the registry wasn't right all the way and was too self-righteous to seek the opinion of someone more educated about what I was reporting to them. Never again, I do not recommend it to anyone who is considering using the services of this clinic.

    The appointment for the examination was scheduled for 1:30 p.m., I called the receptionist at 11:00 a.m. whether I could show up for the examination earlier - 12:30 p.m. I confirmed that I was there ahead of time, it turns out that I had been waiting for over 30 minutes, and there were two more people ahead of me - one examination lasted over 30 minutes. Total lack of respect for other people's time.

    Great appointment on 10:00 & you get your meeting with doctor with 12:30 or 12:00. You have to wait and waste your time.

    I recommend a visit to a pediatric surgeon, Dr. Grochowski. My son had the procedure performed, all in a fantastic atmosphere, without pain and stress. The office is clean, the staff is very nice 😀 I highly recommend it ❤️
