Completely customer unfriendly approach. In the end the appointment was useless. The orthopeadist just gave one exercise for him, that everyone cas see by just writing "frozen shoulder" on youtube. The receptionists did not want to take any resposnibilities for promising the package purchase or English speaking doctors. Based on fake promises he did not come with a translator. Avoid this place, it does not give you more that amateurish information found on random google page. And if you use the services, do not buy into the "package" scams and any promises. Very disappointing!
