Stay
as
far
away
from
this
facility
if
you
love
your
loved
ones
and
expect
them
to
be
rehabilitated
to
return
home.
First
off
I
did
a
tour
of
the
facility
before
making
a
decision
what
was
told
to
me
was
completely
opposite
of
what
my
loved
one
received
and
what
made
it
worst
I
picked
up
on
the
red
flags
within
the
first
day.
When
we
arrived
at
the
facility
they
took
3
and
a
half
hours
to
assess
my
love
one,
I
had
to
go
to
the
nursing
station.
I
then
ask
when
my
love
one
would
received
their
medication,
I
was
told
mid
night,
keep
in
mind
we
arrived
at
4:36pm.
I
ask
them
why
wasn't
my
love
one
medications
on
hand
upon
arrival
as
the
medical
report
was
sent
at
10am.
Another
red
flag
the
facility
is
not
equipped
with
the
correct
items
needed
for
a
person
who
is
bed
bound,
they
don't
have
the
bed
wedge
that
is
needed
for
turning
the
patient,
they
don't
have
the
Kangaroo
machine
that
flushes
both
water
and
feeding
for
patients
who
are
on
the
peg.
When
I
asked
I
was
told
I
can
provide
it
myself!!
My
love
one
is
diabetic
and
on
insulin
and
should
be
tested
3
to
4
times
per
day,
they
were
only
doing
testing
2
times
every
12
hours
which
resulted
to
my
love
one
sugar
being
405.
Then
the
so
called
nurse
cause
I
will
not
address
the
staff
as
nurses
as
the
questions
I
asked
their
answers
were
very
questionable
on
the
knowledge
they
have.
My
love
one
was
check
in
on
a
Thursday
and
when
I
moved
them
from
the
facility
to
the
hospital
my
love
one
had
poop
that
showed
they
had
not
been
cleaned
from
the
day
I
admitted
them
in
Regent
care
as
the
poop
was
drying
on
the
public
area.
I
was
told
my
love
one
hemoglobin
was
low
which
I
asked
when
would
blood
transfusion
be
administered
I
was
told
I
had
to
wait
until
Monday
upon
the
doctor's
return,
which
was
very
crazy!!!!!!
The
nurses
are
rude
and
does
not
know
how
to
speak
to
anyone
when
I
went
to
take
my
love
one
from
their
care
the
tending
nurse
told
her
colleague
not
to
call
the
ambulance
and
I
should
do
it
myself!!!
They
claim
they
care
for
patients
with
trach
which
indeed
they
have
have
skill
set
or
experience
in
that
care
as
when
I
requested
for
my
love
one
to
be
suction
the
nurse
gave
me
the
device
to
do
it
myself.
My
love
one
was
not
even
being
monitored
or
sectioned
as
I
went
and
saw
with
my
own
eyes
and
even
the
paramedics
when
they
arrived
that
my
love
one
was
aspirating.
Upon
going
to
the
EMERGENCY
ROOM
,
MY
LOVE
ONE
BLOOD
PRESSURE,
BLOOD
SUGAR,
HEART
RATE
AND
PLUS
THEY
HAD
A
URINARY
TRACK
INFECTION!!!!!!
So
please
STAY
AWAY
FROM
THE
FACILITY.
If
I
could
give
0
stars
I
would!!!!
