Less than one star. I booked a flight from Miami to Austin. The travel agent did not want to put me on a flight with tight connection due to checked luggage. I assured her I would not have checked luggage but she convinced me to book a later flight and if I get to the gate early enough to request standby status. So went to the gate and was informed the ticket she had sold me was NOT allowed to be switched to anything else. Why the heck would she book me on a ticket that is not changeable knowing full well that was the plan DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.
